THE ANNEX 

[Noun] a building joined to or associated with a main building, providing additional space or accommodation. "My homes one storey, stone walled air B&B/studio at the back of my garden"

 

Hello,

I work as a full time model (@UKCrystal) and recently moved to a property with this reasonably sized out building at the back of the garden.. over my years of modelling I've realized many models and photographers travel far and wide whether to get that fantastic collaboration, book into a hotel or find a studio suitable for both... Basically I've converted (with my partners help,) this building, into an air B&B/ studio- I say studio but at the moment it's definitely more of an air B&B!

  I wish to welcome all models and photographers to shoot from and also welcome to stay the night when/if passing by or traveling from a far.

This building is located at the back of my garden and is reasonably secluded, as is my home.

Behind the Annex there is access to a wide stretch of open fields should you wish to get some outside shots aswell or a decked area along side it (leading to my garden).

 The lighting in this space is actually amazing, there are double patio glass doors- the entrance- on one side and another two full length windows along the other side of the building.

 I can now offer use of two other lights I have, both complete with optional modelling lights, beauty box, spot light, compatible with most triggers but also a flash lead available as is constant. ( I'm still learning re the technical wording- as you can probably tell)

On the lower level (bedroom/boudoir) there is a crushed velvet caramel bed with matching bedside tables, lamps (and a clothes hanging rail,) perfect for boudoir style shoots.

A step up and you're in the kitchen/dining area where there is a feature solid oak window seat, complete with various pillows and throws.

 On this slight step up there is also a white fold out table/desk in a corner providing a work space or office/dressing table with a selection of different chairs and stools which are free to use or not..

(PLEASE NOTE THIS TABLE IS NOT SAFE TO SIT ON YET-I learnt the hard way 😂🤦🏼‍♀️).

 The electrics; heaters, shower, kettle etc. all work and there is tea, coffee, sugar, sweeteners, biscuits available.. please help yourself.

 I moved here in July so this has been and is, an on going project, which will only improve and grow, now it's in a suitable state for guests I thought I'd create a page and open the door to my fellow creatives.
