Taysie Mai

My name is Taysie, and based in East London. I am agency signed with BAME models. I have worked on multiple campaigns from small upcoming photographers to larger campaigns with Coke-a-Cola, body shop, and Charlotte Tilbury - amongst others. I have experience doing modelling for over six years now so have a good understanding of the industry and know how to get the shots you want. I also have walked in multiple fashion weeks amongst other catwalks, and been a part of multiple publication teams. 

I am just returning to Purpleport after finishing my university degree where I had to cut back on my time modelling and only accept agency work (hence why all my references are old - If you require more recent references I'm happy to put you in touch with a few photographers I have worked with recently through instagram.) Now that I graduated this year - in Philosophy actually so I'm always up for a good chat about it! - I am modelling full time again and back on purpleport with that. 

I am slim built, size 6 UK. My agency has me down as 5'7 - truth be told I'm far closer to 5'6 (but don't tell them that). I am half chinese and half english although was born and raised in the UK. I have no piercings or tattoos apart from standard ear piercings for your everyday earrings. 

Usual/preferred rates £40 an hour with a minimum booking of 2 hours within London and 4 hours booking plus travel outside of London. 

I don't have a huge list of do's/dont's but I do not shoot nude or implied nude. My levels are up to lingerie and not 'sheer' lingerie - I would prefer to bring my own sets but if you have sets you would like me to wear please understand I would need to agree upon them first. It's by no means necessary but if you would like to work together I always appreciate being approached with a concept, location, or moodboard so I have an idea of what kind of thing you were looking for! Even if it's just a simple street shoot, let's find a few commercial brands or pintrest posts which fit the vibe we're looking for and go from there! 

I love a good laugh, a good conversation, and find I am usually very easy going and quite extroverted.
