Worked with Sydnee yesterday on a shoot and she’s just fantastic! I was doing my hair as she was doing my make up and she didn’t mind me being a fidget and a fuss pot!

My make up was fab and I didn’t feel cakey one bit!

I worked with Syd today on a collaborative old-Hollywood shoot. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and yes, DO HIRE HER FOR VINTAGE MAKEUP. I arrived looking as I felt-ill and tired (I was, indeed very ill) and she managed to transform me into an absolute Hollywood star. I fell inlove with my hair and the fact that she used just enough makeup, without having it feel too heavy. I looked like myself, only better, which I think is a key for a makeup artist- to enhance the person, not cover it.

Not only was she an amazing HMUA, she was a patient photography assistant as well. And all that while looking like a fairy herself (I was secretly admiring her universe-coloured hair).

A pleasure to work with and a real professional, could not recommend more.

This was my first shoot with Syd, and she was tremendous.

She was very patient and methodical during a long hair / makeup session, which produced great results.

Pre-shoot comms were good, and she clearly had a good understanding of the style of the shoot.

During the shoot, she kept a good eye on the details, and helping out on pose changes (these little touches make a massive difference),

And when we moved out of the studio to work on location she was more than happy to assist with the lighting.

Syd has a lovely positive and creative nature, which makes her a pleasure to work with.

I'm more than happy to recommend her, and look forward to working with her again.

I organized a group shoot on Jan 20th 2018. Sydnee showed up on time and arrived well equipped. Worked well, professionally, and cheerfully in spite of the location being freezing cold. Sydnee provided hair and makeup styling for 3 very different models throughout the day, which included changing and creating different looks for each model throughout the day. She was friendly, respectful and helpful towards everyone at the shoot. The results she produced were wonderful and I can highly recommend this lady!

I worked with Sydnee for the first time at a recent group shoot, and found her a joy to work with.

Sydnee came prepared with some great ideas, and was able to create several different and distinctive looks for the 3 models who attended the shoot, perfectly complementing the looks the models were going for.

She managed to get each look created in a very timely fashion, and also coped really well with the freezing conditions.
