I am just back from another fantastic event with Rachelle, this time in Italy.

As always, it took place at a special place, this time it was a beautiful villa next to lake Bolsena in Tuscany. From there we also went to some great photography spots, including colourful hot springs and a picturesque Italian town.

It has already been one of numerous events with Rachelle over the last years. As always, everything was well organised and prepared with amazing models.

Not to forget Mark's five star cuisine during the event :-)

I not only came back with loads of great images, but also had a great time with a lot of fun.

To be highly recommended.

As a model who has been in this for over 10 years (and especially in the last couple of years has attended several model photography events), I can hand on my heart say that Summer's Abroad events are my favourite events to attend!

Rachelle and Mark work tirelessly to deliver high-end locations, props, themes and an amazing schedule flow. They really think of everything and cater to everyone!

With delicious meals and thoughtful treats each day and a perfect balance of shoot time and leisure, everyone is so well looked after and in a state to create their best work.

As humans, they are both just wonderful people and due to this seem to have a really loyal client base who just keep coming back to their events because they are so good!

I can't recommend summers abroad enough, from both a model and client perspective, they are really top notch. Phenomenal and unforgettable!

Another great event with Rachelle and Mark, as always it was super easy to book and arrange the trip with all the required details shared clearly including arrival airport, timings and travel times.

I arrived a day early and stayed near the airport where I was picked up exactly on time and whisked away (after a few more pickups) to a fantastic villa in the Italian countryside. The accommodation was fantastic and prepared to a high standard for my arrival.

We toured the location quickly to get the new arrivals settled in and a detailed schedule arrived in the inbox so we knew exactly what was going to happen through the shoot days.

As always Rachelle finds fantastic models for the trips and organises plenty of free form shooting and styled elements so everyone has plenty of opportunity to get unique shots.

Shooting is well organised and there is both plenty of time and choice in how you can approach your work. Also plenty of kit and advice is on hand should you need it.

The locations were fantastic and well scouted in advance so there was no time wasted getting to the good spots, and a gelato stop in the schedule is pure gold! :)

Alongside all of this super good professional stuff the events are also great fun! Good conversation, good food and great company.

As always, very very highly recommended....

I took part in my first Summers Abroad event and loved every minute of it. What can I say? Extremely well-organized, great company, no unexpected surprises, relaxed shooting. Hope to be able to attend again in the future. Oh, and Mark is a great cook!

Ah it was absolutely lovely to be asked back to model again on one of Rachelle’s events.

The events are fantastic, lovely atmosphere and you feel well looked after.

Great styling, location and models to work with.

Can’t recommend enough. If you get a chance to come to an event you should jump on it.

After a break with events due to covid and medical reasons it was good to be back with Rachelle & Mark with their Photographers Stone event in the UK.

What a weekend, the amount of planning and organisation along with set building and supply of costumes is amazing. The attention to detail is what makes Rachelle a perfectionist.

The manor location was perfect for the themed shoots giving loads of locations both inside and in the grounds. Rachelle had arranged sessions with snakes, fire performers and an owl as well as a number of other fantastic sets.

Overall I shot with 14 superb models over the long weekend one even flying in from Latvia.

Loads of great images taken..

A great photo weekend at a manor in the UK with 15 models over three days well organised by Summers Abroad. The weekend had a Harry Potter theme, which fitted well with the 400 year old manor setting, and included a live owl and snakes. The models costumes were well up to the mark and fitted well with the theme. Those in the phoenix costumes were also fire dancers, adding to the effect.

Rachelle and Mark were very hospitable throughout, working tirelessly to create sets, organise the models and their costumes and catering for everyone involved. Rachelle even stepped to model when one of the organised models had to urgently return home for personal reasons and Mark made a late night dash to collect a late-arriving parcel of props, all to ensure the smooth running of the event.

A very enjoyable and friendly weekend with lots of great images, professional, high-calibre models and well organised. Highly recommended.

Wow! Wow! WOW!!

I am so glad that after SEVEN years of messaging I finally got to work with the amazing Rachelle Summers & of course her wonderful hubby Mark!

What a team! And what a fantastic, professional package they put on together.

I started out just booking one three day stint on their Las Vegas event but couldn’t resist adding another and then another until I was booked to spend a full eleven days in their wonderful company & hospitality.

If you’ve never booked on one of their events I can highly recommend you just get on it immediately…

The amount of effort they both put in to research the very best locations to shoot at, then booking the very best models to shoot with….. and they include everything you could possibly need or want! When they say ‘all inclusive’ you literally don’t have to take a penny in cash or credit cards with you, they’ve got your airport transfers, accommodations, meals, snacks, desperate desire for a midnight Cornetto… you name it, they check in advance that they’ve got everything covered…. It’s really phenomenal.

And such wonderful hosts too!

Nothing was too much trouble… and that’s really a testament to how well they organise their events that they have the flexibility to cater to everyone’s individual needs.

I loved the experience so much I’m already booked for another eleven days in their delightful company at their next one in Tuscany!

Can’t wait to join you again guys… you rock! 🥰

I joined the Wild West event organised by this wonderful creative duo and it was an absolute pleasure. Rachelle and Mark are splendid hosts and they made the entire experience super enjoyable. This was my first (and hopefully not last) event of theirs I have joined but talking to the other photographers this is what you always get from them. I am not at all surprised! 100% recommended!

Finally able to attend a Summers Abroad event again since the last one I did in Vegas and both the Manor and Western events did not disappoint. For the Manor event, the Summers Abroad team had a diverse line up on models shooting different style so it gave the photographers chances to get different looks and themes through the course of the day. For the Western event weekend, they went supplied a unique location, a great line up of models across the weekend and styling plus props fitting in with the mood of the event. They even made the bad weather only rain during the lunch break on the Sunday that only added more character to the location and a different look to the morning session.

The three days flew by and it was great catching up with the SA team after nearly four years since seeing them in person in 2019. I can now tick off a western theme from the bucket list.

Had a great time modelling for Summers Abroad at Burford Manor :) Rachelle and her partner were both very friendly, considerate and accommodating. Her partner cooked for us all and gave models lift there and back to and from the station :) Rachelle is lovely! Professional, chatty and makes you feel comfortable. I had the pleasure of spending the weekend with the Summers Abroad team on their latest location-based event.

Friday was an un-themed, freestyle day with 4 excellent models who where great company and delivered fantastic images despite the heat. Saturday was the Mutiny event with an international line-up of a further 5 different models. The styling, sets and make-up were all exceptional and the models were great fun to work with and once again some wonderful images were created.

Thanks to all who attended and especially Mr & Mrs Summers for organising and running another fantastic event. It all added up to a memorable birthday for me. Thank you.

My first event with Summers Abroad. This was the Mutiny event in Boston Lincolnshire. All the communication with Rachelle spot on so on arrival I know exactly what to do. It was fun relaxing weekend. From the start the atmosphere friendly and welcoming food and drink on tap all day. Including a fantastic meal at the end of each day. Paired up with easy to work with other photographers. And such a great collection of models to fit all the themes. The Saturday all the models were new to me with an international touch. Then Sunday a day full of some of my favourite models. Some great props than set. Looking forward to be able attend another event. It's just a pity I cannot make next event as away on holiday. 100% Summers Abroad.

Another fantastic event, Rachelle puts a huge amount of effort into these events and manages to create fresh opportunities to shoot with a huge range of models, styling and locations. Both Mark and Rachelle are on hand and helping through out the shoot days and the friendly and welcoming atmosphere is great to see, not only productive days but fun too.

Ended up FINALLY working with Summers Abroad for their Manor event last Sunday!

We've been trying to juggle some shoot dates around for some time but life got in the way but it finally worked!

Straight from the bat I was made to feel super welcome (the wine & Pup was perfect haha) & from there on it was fantastic!

The day went by very fast and everyone had such a good vibe about them! I met some wonderful models, photographers, (probably some ghosts in the manor) and Rachelle and Mark were lovely to finally meet - they had such an infectious energy!!

Super excited to be connecting with them again on future shoots and who knows what else!

Thank you so much for having me guys 7 putting up with my bursts of craziness :p !!

This was my first time on a Summers event and it was a wonderful day! It was a Manor event, the location was stunning - Rachelle put in a great deal of effort organising everything and making sure we were all happy and well sorted/catered for.

I usually find large events stressful but this was very enjoyable, it was well organised yet also very chilled and we got some stunning photos from what I saw!

Everyone was lovely on the day and it went very well. I would definitely attend another event and would recommend them highly!

On Sunday I shot in Manor House event. I had so much fun Rachelle and Mark are such great hosts and made ne feel very welcome made sure all the models on the day were taken care of. I has such great time working with all the photographers I like how allowed me to pose freely and made feel comfortable all so friendly,same with all the models had so lovely great to meet them all.

Thanks again Rachelle and Mark for having me at your event. I hope to part event in near future.

Modelled on my first Summers abroad event last weekend and had the best experience! I was over the moon to be approached about this event as I has admired Rachelle’s events for so long! The location,styling and models are always incredible.

Despiste so many obstacles in her way,Rachelle was so resilient and made this event happen! Prior to the shoot Rachelle was incredible when it came to pre communications and she ensured I had everything I needed & that everyone would arrive safely. Her hospitality continued over the weekend as she always checked up on the models,provided us with incredible food and made sure we were enjoying ourselves! (Also a special thank you to her for getting me into many corset dresses) I cannot express how much I enjoyed the weekend,I have already met models I can call friends and such lovely,respectful and fun photographers!

I have already seen a couple of images from the day and they are so beautiful! Very excited to see more & hopefully be able to model on one of these amazing events again! I could not recommend more!
