Had a fantastic first time at studioR3! Great amount of space, backdrops and props. I loved all the different chairs and stools also.

David was very welcoming and hospitable making sure I was safe and happy during the shoot.

Another cracking Studio-R3 event, my second studio day and it was again a joy to get creative in such a well equipped and spacious venue with such welcoming and helpful owners. :)

This time I was introduced to David, co studio owner who was an absolute delight to work alongside, hosting and assisting the booked photographers if required, David is very welcoming, friendly, respecful and enthusiastic, making sure each photographer is achieving the desired results. All three co owners David, Steve and Jamie are all so lovely and professional creating a really nice and relaxed atmosphere for all who attend the studio.

Again such a fun and creative day producing some amazing imagery with some very pleased photographers and one very happy model. :)

This studio has an abundance of props including some very beautiful furniture, accessories and top notch photography kit, well located, it is a massive space and I love all the amazing backdrops they have.

If your looking to book here or set up a studio day go for it.

A fantastic team and excellent studio not to be missed. :)

Really enjoyed my first studio day at Studio-R3. I had previously worked on a few evening group shoots at the studio so it was great to be back shooting for longer with the studio and its regulars.

Studio-R3 has excellent pre shoot communication. They have a great team that assist the photographers throughout their shoot with lighting assistance. They create a fun and creative atmosphere for both models and photographers. Highly recommended :)

This trip to glasgow I was blessed with not one but two days working out of this brilliant studio!

Packed full of props (with lots of seating options for posing on - my fave), fully stocked fridge for refreshments and plenty of friendliness.

The owners are always on-hand for set and backdrop changes throughout the day, generally there making sure it’s a nice, safe environment for all involved.

Always a pleasure to shoot with David & Stevie too (Jamie is also but we didn’t work together this time).

Looking forward to my next visit!

I got in touch with the studio after they put up a casting offering a studio session with 4 photographers, it was my first group studio shoot and I was really excited to take part. Jamie (one of the photographers who runs the studio) got back to me and explained how the studio evenings run and what levels would be covered. We communicated back and forth leading up to the day of the shoot, Jamie was very thorough in his explanation and detailed on how to get to the studio. The studio itself is fantastic, lots of room to move around and the selection of props is incredible - we used a lot throughout the shoot and got to use many of the backdrops that the studio have. Jamie made me feel very comfortable and safe throughout the shoot, the photographers were respectful and we all had a fun time. Thank you again for such a great first group shoot experience, I would highly recommend this studio for models as it’s kitted out very well and the people who run it are professional and easy to get along with. Really hoping I get to shoot here again soon :)

Now I've had the pleasure of shooting out of both the old and the new studio, I can confidently say that the new one is just an even better version of the old! Loved the swanky electronic paperolls, huge windows and the usual array of props you can expect of R3.

R3 really does feel like a professional family and I'm so happy to be part of it :) Was a really nice surprise to see some of Jamie's work of me on the growing polaroid wall!

David and I had a brief shoot together in the morning before I had two back-to-back shoots with other photographers. We used the length of the studio to shoot some edgy portraits, a set with the window as our natural light source and also a funky high fashion shoot on the paper towards the end with some cool perspex for a bit of reflective pop. The studio has so much possibility and versatility - I couldn't resist having a dig about in the hats bag for one of my shoots that day.

Anyway - looking forward to my return in July for our studio day :)

Very well equipped studio, a lot of different types of lighting, different backdrops and tasteful piece of furniture to organise a set

Not really easy to find, but when you are in the guy is helpful and friendly. You can use every equipment without any problem and there is a very large window with plenty of natural light

I did my first Studio Evening at R3 a few nights ago. The communication was good from the start, they sent me out an information email that outlined our agreement and what I could expect on the night.

When I arrived they offered to meet me at the local station, provided refreshments and showed me to the private changing area where I felt my privacy was respected. The studio is clean, organised and has a lot of different options in terms of lighting, backdrops, props and chairs.

The guys at the studio and the photographers made me feel comfortable and that my safety was a top priority, which meant we all had a fun evening shooting and made the most of the studio time!

A friendly and professional setup, highly recommend. Looking forward to working with you in the future!

Just had my second shoot in this great studio but it was the first one in the new massive studio.

I got a great welcome and help was available when I needed it. The equipment available is so good and I can't wait to use it all in shoots to come. Today however Aurora Violet and myself decided to use the natural light flooding in through the window, even used the window ledge to pose on.

Great to be back in the studio especially in the new bigger one and I am looking forward to getting more shoots here in the future

I enjoyed my first studio day event at Studio-R3 in Glasgow working from portrait up to artistic nude level.

Thank you to Studio-R3 for hosting me and the assistance of owners Jamie and Steve setting up, assisting myself and each photographer with lighting, moving items/ props around, backdrops etc, making us tea/coffees etc and making sure all was going smoothly.

Jamie and Steve were both so welcoming, friendly, helpful and they are very big on the any creatives attending there studio to feel safe and comfortable.

With a massive window area letting in lots of natural light, different lighting set ups available, backdrops including various props it is a wonderful space to capture some amazing and beautiful photography in whatever form your looking to do.

Each photographer was on time and eager to capture some lovely images with me, they were all full of ideas and happy for me to pose away freely with discussions at the start of each shoot on what sort of stuff we were going for.

I highly recommend this wonderful studio to all creatives.

Do not miss out the chance to get some wonderful imagery here. Clean, spacious, a very high standard of equipment and with a fabulous, knowledgeable and professional team. They will go out of their way to make sure you get the results you are looking for.

Studio r3 booked me for my first ever studio session and it was brilliant! The communication before the evening was great and upon arriving they made sure to make me feel comfortable in the space, with a private changing room and divider, a cup of coffee and great chat. The session it’s self was great, as were all the photographers that attended. Very nice bunch 😊.

I had a Group shoot Studio Day in Glasgow during my Scotland tour, at Studio R3.

The studio organised the day and booked photographers in, which I greatly appreciate.

Jamie, the owner, was friendly upon arrival, professional, outgoing, creative and knows what he is doing.

The studio is very spacious, well equipped and even has enough ceiling room for overhead lights!

Which to me is always a great extra, as a lot of studios don't always have that ceiling room.

Everyone was friendly and professional on the day.

I have shot in numerous group shoots before and I found them quite repetitive as photographers would be snapping at the exact same time, however, on Studio R3s group shoots, photographers would take 7-15 minutes each, which meant only one photographer would shoot at a time until the timer went off and I found that more relaxed to a degree. Also, each photographer more or less would want to add something different to the set, so this is a group shoot I enjoyed quite a lot, due to the changing of what I was wearing and different ideas for the same set. It was a busy, productive day for sure but I did have a few breaks which helped me recharge.

I hope I get to work with this spacious, lovely studio again next time that I tour Scotland.

Highly recommended studio space, owner and regulars :) .

Studior3 booked me for a full studio day at their brand new space on my Glasgow tour, communication between myself and the studio prior to the shoot was great as it was on the day. The first few slots i shot with all 3 owners, Jamie,stevie and david. You can tell all 3 have been friends for years the banter they had between them all was fantastic and made me feel comfortable and at ease as soon as i walked through the door. The studio is a great size full of as many props as you could think of with a changing room and rails for you to hang outfits. Its clear that model safety is one of their prioritys as i felt safe and comfortable at all times on the studio day and thanks to all 3 of them and their hospitality the 8hr day went by in the blink of an eye. I have already agreed to come back and next time for longer! i couldnt recommend renting out their studio enough or attending one of their model evenings. Thanks so much guys!

Studio-R3 is one of my favourite places to shoot. The owners are fantastic, accommodating, always on hand, have all the lighting and backdrops you could need as well as provide a lovely atmosphere. I have worked here numerous times as a model and also now on the other side of the lens. Being brand new to photography- the help was top class and I had everything explained to me when I presented my moodboard, for how the lighting should be, and why.

As a model you get a private changing area, always asked if you are comfortable and okay plus the owners keeping an eye on the clock for fair timings during a group shoot, with reminders along the way of time to make sure there can be plenty of outfit changes etc. Which, when you can chat like me, is extremely handy to make the most of the time.

The space itself is huge. It has a freestanding bathtub, chairs of all variety, backdrops of all colours, so many props and just provides a perfect space to model.

Jamie, Stevie and David have set up a wonderful space - and as they know, I would sing their praises all day long. For the space, insight and talent. :)

Studio-R3 hired me for an evening group shoot, prior to the shoot Jamie had messaged and informed me of exactly how the shoot would work, discussed payment, address and time, etc, as well as put me in touch with the photographers who would be joining to discuss styling. R3 made it so easy for me! I had my own room to change in and both Jamie and Stevie stayed for the duration of the shoot with the group photographers, making it a safe and easy atmosphere to work in! I had a fun shoot and enjoyed meeting both Jamie, Stevie and the other photographers. I would recommend them to anyone for modelling or photography

Had 2 super fun evening group shoots at Studio-R3 last week. Their pre shoot communications were excellent and they created group chats with the attendees so I could discuss styles and ideas they wanted to achieve on their shoot. It is a safe and friendly environment with plenty of equipment to shoot any style with. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Great studio, loads of equipment and helpful advice if needed. The studio has a wide range of props and backdrops available as well as light modifiers. An added bonus at studio R3 is the fantastic natural light.

Well worth a visit if you need a studio.
