Studio 101 Photography Ltd

Hi, I'm Darren, founder of Studio 101 Photography Ltd (Lincoln).  We are based just on the outskirts of City of Lincoln (LN4) in a grade 2 listed building which was once attached to the old St Johns Hospital.

Studio 101 Photography is a  fully functioning photographic business that also hires out its facility as time slots allow.  Our facility hire rates are based upon 1/2 day (4hr) or full day rates (8hr).  1/2 day rates are currently set at £120 and full day rates set at £220.  (Upon booking we do require a 50% deposit to secure).  

The studio is a large and airy studio, with overall dimensions of 10m x 6 m and a vaulted roof of which the beams start at 2.5m and the apex of the roof is at 4.3m.  There is a small changing room and a small kitchen area within.

Within the studio we cater for all genres of photography & have a multitude of professional equipment at hand.

The lighting consists of a mixture of Elinchrom ELC / ELC Pro,  Rotolight Neo's & Godox QT600ii / AD400Pro studio flash lights and a range of lighting modifiers available.  Primarily, the studio uses Canon cameras and therefore the triggers are geared around them so if you have your own trigger systems it is highly recommended that you bring them.  We can with notice get the use of other triggers but this is not a guarantee.

We have multiple quality backdrops in house with several roller systems in use.  There is also a free standing backdrop support that can be used if you wish to use your own.

Within the studio we have multiple props for use but as you will appreciate we cannot provide props for all eventualities so specialist topics will need to be bought in.  We do however work within a close knit network and can reach out to try and assist if required. 

The complex has ample parking facilities available and the use of a well kept communal toilet facility.  

The studio is situated upon the first floor and accessed via an external staircase, which unfortunately may make it unsuitable for some users.

Hot & cold drinks are available for you whilst on site.
