About me

My name it's Barbara, I'm half spanish half italian. Mostly living in Spain for many years but lived in UK, Italy, France, Portugal and USA and now I'm back in the UK. I always go to the places that I think will help me get a good opportunity for my future and I'm not afraid to go alone.

I've doing shoots since I was 18  (I'm 32 so many years , wow! I feel really old lol) 

I always loved Photography, in fact when I was a kid I loved taking pictures (and I was quite good at it!) but now I'm the one in front of the camera!! I wish I had more time to invest in being a photographer myself!

I love different types of photography. I love fantasy, beauty, or something different, creative. I could do any type but not 100% nudes (just implied nude and ONLY if it will benefit me). I can work with a partner and I can help the photographer looking for one.

I do TF* photoshoots if this will benefit my portfolio , I am open to offers with interesting ideas, don't get offended if I don't agree to collaborate with you as I prioritise work more. I'm really perfectionist and I've a minimun understanding of photography so I only accept a collaboration if I can choose the pictures with the photographer to get the best pictures that we both like, I think that's fair. I'm really good with details and some people can't see or realize them, I always do and I will help a lot showing you the best, I could be a good helper in a shoot. 

If the TF* shoots will make you gain profit then I will need to discuss a % with you (and same with me) , I usually sign contracts with photographers just in case.

I'm really open minded, easygoing and sociable and also appreciate good humour (dark if possible). I'm also direct and honest, if you ask me something.

Rates:

£30 p/h with minimum booking is 2 hours.*

£100 h/half-day ( 4 hours)*

* In winter (end of nov - march) I charge £5/h on top if I shoot from home as my house is extremely cold. If the photoshoot is just fashion or portraits then I only charge £5 extra and not per hour. This also applies for TF. 

Implied nude / sheer have extra charge * (To be agreed before the shoot as I only work these levels on occasion) 

I can shoot more than 4h, that would need to be agreed before the photoshoot. 

+ travel cost (I’m currently doing driving lessons) 

I can apply make up to a high standard ( although I don't need foundation and you would be happy to work less in my face skin haha) but I could apply it if needed. I have long dark brown hair, but I'm awful with hair styles, so it's always "casual" 

When I am on a shoot I will give 110%. I'm always on time and never have not turned up or let the photographer down. 

I work with all levels of photographers so please feel free to contact me. 

I am based in Bristol (Brislington) , and I'm happy to travel in the UK and internationally. As I don't have a car, photographers always pick me up, or we meet somewhere close (if is possible) If it's outside Bristol I could travel by bus, train...

I can shoot at home. I have plenty of room and nice lightning. I have a free house on the weekdays until 5pm, If it doesn't fit you I could be flexible.

I am happy to hold studio days, workshops, work on location or studio. I can pose freely, but I am also happy to take directions ( i'm better improvising).

Cancellations:

 As its my part time job please respective my time and let me know about cancellation in advance, as in such short notice I will be very unlikely to refill the bookings.

If you cancel a shoot with me within Bristol area:

- within 48 hours - 50% of the shoot cost;

- within 24  hours - 100% of the shoot cost.

Payments by transference to my Revolut / Barclays account in pounds , but I also acept € in my Revolut account.
