Great shoot with David at his studio location. Great pre comms, highly professional and respectful throughout, making me feel instantly comfortable. David has a great studio space with lots of different backdrops and props to create lots of different styles of image. A talented photographer who knows exactly what he wants to create some amazing images.

I would 100% recommend David and look forward to any opportunity of working with again in the future :)

I appreciated the directions he gave me as I haven’t done a lot of shooting recently David really helped :) very professional and respectful made me feel comfortable at all times! An amazing studio with lots of different probs and backgrounds to play with. Would recommend David and hope to work with him again soon :)

What can i say about David beside the fact he is a conseriderate, talented and kind human being.

I shot with David at Thurston Lodge after he asked if id be willing to travel the 3 hours, of course i said yes! He picked me up from the train station on time and we got set up at Thurston, we had coffee and a chat and discussed how the shoot would go, smooth sailing and easy does it! After a long train journey the patience and considering David showed was admirable. Hes also a great director - nailing poses, he'll be a model soon.

Besides this, David is professional but relaxed, his pre comms were excellent, his knowledge of using natural light and artificial lights was super and we managed to get (what i believe) is a cracking days worth of shots.

id 100% recommend David and would love to shoot with him again, once ive recovered from the journey!:)

I had the pleasure of working with David for the first time today at Thurston Lodge on a half day shoot.

Pre-shoot comms were informative, accurate and done at speed. We were blessed with glorious weather today so were able to work outside as well as in, making the most of the studios space and natural light.

David is super friendly, professional and chatty. I felt at ease throughout the shoot and our time together flew by. We caught some very beautiful images which I am very excited to see.

Highly recommended by me and I hope we are able to work together again in the future.

I had the almighty pleasure of shooting with David for the first time just before I had moved in to my new home so it was great getting some insight of the surrounding area from him :)

David’s pre comms were on point so I knew what to pack ahead of time, as well as some great directions on how to find him as the post codes around here aren’t entirely accurate to say the least haha I was warmly welcomed and offfered coffee on arrival, we started the day off shooting in David’s brilliant home studio which had both incredible natural light as well as being well equipped with flash, and it has to be said that David sets up quickly as well, we got some awesome sets done on David’s poses blocks, I really need to get some of those myself!

Once we had gotten a few safe sets done we decided to embrace the wilderness and pop out on location, and by a stroke of luck we found a wicked little poppy field to shoot in!

I really loved shooting with David it was such a nice and relaxed atmosphere and he’s just so easy to work with, chatty, friendly, professional and he also takes a fantastic shot, what more could you ask for! :)

So of course he comes very highly recommended by me!

I had a brilliant first shoot with David. His pre comms were great.

The shoot flew by, we could have easily gone on for a couple more hours! He made me feel very comfortable, and worked hard to get the right shot.

David and I couldn't stop talking so that speaks volume! He's super friendly and great at giving direction.

I am looking forward to working with him again and highly recommend.

David was fantastic to work with! His pre comms were excellent and we organised a three hour home shoot quickly and easily.

David turned up and he was a pleasure to be around, his work flow is very calm and he let me get into my creative flow. The conversation was diverse and interesting, we took some stunning images and I really enjoyed myself.

Communication was great from the start. We discussed ideas for the images weeks before the shoot. David collected me from the train station on the day, once in the studio he was very good at giving direction and knowing how to achieve the best results from each set. I had a really enjoyable afternoon and although David is a very busy man, he got the images to me within a couple of days. Would highly recommend.

David is an absolute pleasure to work with. Looks after the model with coffee (very important!), polite, good sense of humour, easy to get along with and has a wonderfully diverse range of ideas. He knows his lighting and setup well, and is uses them brilliantly to get what looked like some really excellent shots from the back of the camera. We shot several looks, using a range of lighting techniques, including gels, for which David picked nicely complimenting colours, and finished with some more moody lighting which was one of my favourites! Really hope to work together again in the future

Dangerous Lady

Working with David was a real pleasure as I felt we were on the same wavelength throughout the shoot. He took on board the goals that I’d set myself and we both worked hard to achieve what we’d set out to do.

He is a lovely person to work with; I was highly impressed by his knowledge of photography and very grateful for him helping me nail some tricky editorial fashion poses on our mood board. I was delighted by what I was seeing back of camera because I knew then that I’d found an absolute gem of a photographer! Still not sure what Stibnite means, but I’ll ask him on our next shoot :-)
