Basically, if you get the chance to work with him, make sure you damn well take it!

Steve messaged me to arrange a shoot at Art Asylum in Weymouth, it was a slightly shorter shoot than usual and pre coms were good.

Firstly I must say I've not seen va photographer with so many cameras! Steve not only had digital one's but also bought a couple of film cameras and a Polaroid too, each camera would give different results so I can't wait to see what effect each one has. Steve is really creative and I really like his style of photography, he likes working with natural light which is one of my favourite formats too.

He was friendly, professional and really lovely to work with, would definitely like to arrange a longer shoot with him in the future.

Steve had an exceptional collection of cameras and a strong vision to his work I really vibe with. Steve and I had been talking through ideas and levels for a while before our first shoot, and I’m so glad I got the opportunity as I loved working with Steve.

Pre comms were excellent, he even gave me lots of feedback and help on the right wording in my bio to convey the shoots I want to do. Steve is friendly, fun, and has lots of ideas, and is creative and technical simultaneously.

Pre comms were great, very clear and considering as they should be

Steve has a great vision and clear idea of what he’s after. The studio he’d booked was ideal for achieving this. We were able to work through lots of ideas on the art nude genre and what I’ve seen on the back of the camera the results are exquisit. I really can not wait to see the final images.

Sorry it's take me so long to leave a reference. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with steve after a fellow photographer friend of his I'd worked with reccomend we work together. I am so so pleased i got to work with Steve he is very proffesional and respectful and he has wonderful creative ideas and has a great eye for natural light. I was very pleased with the shots i seen at the back of the camera and i can not wait to see what he does with them.

I had an amazing shoot with Steve and I can't believe I am only just leaving a reference. I have been looking through the great images he took today to select some for my port and remembered I didn't ever leave one, so apologies for this! Steve is always so great to work with. As usual I was well supplied with coffee and cake and Steve had his usual eclectic range of camera gear and produced a lovely range of shots.. It is always a great pleasure to work with Steve. I was lucky enough to have the chance to work with Steve again, after some time since our last shoot it was a pleasure to see Steve and catch up like old friends. Professional and friendly Steve creates a very relaxed atmosphere when shooting which produces great results. He is also very creative and I absolutely love his way of working with different cameras digital and film to create different effects. We did a variety of around my home making use of natural light ( my favourite :D )

I always look forward to working with Steve and I shall look forward to the next ;)

This was my first time working with Steve when he booked a couple of hours with me on my recent studio day at the Art Asylum Reloaded.

Steve was prepared with plenty of ideas (and cameras!!) and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him.

We worked though many sets using the natural light and I loved what I saw on the back of the camera.

Steve is highly creative, fun to work with and has a great sense of humour.

My second meeting with Steve and again it was a lovely experience.

Steve made his way to my new home and we shot some lovely portraits and nudes focusing on natural light. Steve is a great photography and equally felt like seeing an old friend!

I've no doubt we will work together again and hopefully it won't be so long next time :)

Of course recommended by me, you'd be silly to pass on working with Steve.

I had the pleasure of working with Steve for the first time this week and id most definitely do it again!

He is tentative, welcoming, funny and a great photographer. My head hasnt been in the best place since losing a family member last week but he fully understood and didnt mind that i was slow thinking of ideas and poses. He can shoot a range of styles and was full of ideas throughout. He even made sure I had plenty of drinks and snacks which was much appreciated :)

A genuinely lovely and fun guy to be around. 100% recommended by me! :)

Natural Happy Woman

Steve is totally brilliant and one of my favourite people to work with. Genuinely creative and original, spontaneous and fluid, always a pleasure to shoot with. A lovely person to spend time with... AND cooked me a fabulous dinner.... yes yes yes!! I love Steve!

Incredibly SEVEN years had passed since Steve and I last shot. I'm not sure it's possible for seven years to fly by that quick (YIKES) but it did!!!

Steve booked me for a few hours while I was staying with KenP last week and I am super glad he did. We got loads of really cool images, nattered away a lot (which was lovely) and had a great shoot!

I really liked the polaroids we shot, the moody mono nudes, the clothed portraits outside. It all :)

Steve, as he was before, was lovely to work with- friendly, respectful, creative.

Really looking forward to seeing more images go up and hopefully working with Steve again (but lets not leave it 7 years again) LOL! :)

I had the pleasure of having my second shoot with Steve yesterday and what a lovely human being this man is! Firstly I was late after an interview.. No problem for Steve happily chilled out in my garden for 10minutes, then when I got back we sat and chatted for a while before getting started.

Steve is a great photographer with a brilliant understanding of cameras and how to use each one to your advantage. He is also a brilliant visionary looking for that image that is just a big ‘different’ from the rest you see. Absolutely love the shallow depth of field he uses too :)

We did a variety of sets around my home here in Wales and it absolutely flew by.

Very happily recommended to all models and creatives alike! Top marks from me :)

Hopefully I will be able to work with you again soon. Until then take care and thanks again for such an awesome shoot.

Working with Steve at South House Retreat last weekend was an absolute dream!

This photographer is ever so creative, his technique beautiful and precise - his different cameras all combined a timeless and edgy approach!

I wholeheartedly recommend this epic photographer to all, I had a lot of fun with him and he knows his stuff - what an absolute legend ♡
