So I had a wonderful home shoot with David a few weeks back.

First things first apologies to David for taking so long to write this reference!

Anyway I found David's comms to be fabulous, he applied to a casting call of mine and gave me all his intentions and ideas in the first message, which was fabulous and before you know it we had a shoot booked & organised.

On the day I found David to be friendly, approachable and respectful. We settled in to a cuppa and chatted through ideas and had a giggle. When it came to shooting the whole thing flew by but was so relaxed. David allowed me to suggest locations that I thought would work along with outfits. He experimented with different lighting and ways of shooting, which I really liked. He also wasn't afraid to say if something wasn't quite right or working, which again I loved.

We shot some absolutely beautiful images and I think he dealt really well with all the weird and wonderful suggestions I made and threw at him to use whilst shooting.

Throughout the whole shoot David was respectful, chatty and just genuinely wanted to photograph and try new things.

I would certainly recommend David to other models. He was very respectful working in my home and I felt comfortable throughout.

Lovely person and talented photographer who is keen to keep developing and learning new ways of shooting.

David is wicked to shoot with. Full of ideas and great at direction.

He moves around all the time during the shoot and really does make the best of a model's poses.

He's learning fast and absorbing all the knowledge as he goes.

I can see him making an excellent dream team with anyone he works with.

My 2nd shoot with dave was incredible we were working on my sudden fiction death becomes her. I'd worked with dave before and because of how creative he is asked how he felt about collaborating. He never disappoints when it come to details, pre communication was excellent and my story really came to life in his work. If your looking for a creative photographer for your next shoot deffo recommend starsk photo.

I had my second shoot with David this week and it was another enjoyable shoot.

He has a really creative eye for an image, and we worked on some really cool stuff together. Pre-shoot communications were great and it made organising the shoot really easy. We worked from his home, which works really well for the images.

He is a lovely guy and I definitely recommend him!

What a talented man David is! Honestly - could not recommend working with this creative any higher.

As a relatively new person to model photography David still hasn't realised just how taleneted he actually is. He really is incredible at what he does already!

We had so many ideas between us. I suggested lots of poses and David gave me direction to get them at the best angles and lighting which created some seriously incredible results. In fact, so incredible that we have already had a model and photograher recreate one of our poses from a crazy angle!! This image is already in my top 5 i've seen of myself to date. We made an incredible team and I think David would really benefit any models portfolio and help with getting poses, angles and lighting nailed to perfection.

He is very good at giving direction, getting into some crazy positions for the best angle and is just utterly dedicated to creating some wonderful artwork. Seriously, snap an oppertunity to work with this man up quickly because when he gets more shoots behind him I can see him being seriously busy!!

I worked with David a couple weeks back. He travelled down to me in the Cotswolds. I knew from Davids great pre comms that he was going to be enjoyable to work with. We headed to the Cotswold Lavender and stopped off and took a few shots in the woodlands on route. I always felt comfortable with David, he was professional throughout our shoot and a pleasure to work with. At the Lavender we worked amongst the public shooting various style images some in lingerie. It is hard to believe this is a new venture for David, he came across like he had alot of experience and the shoot flowed really easily. Afterwards David was kind enough to buy me a coffee and a cake in the cafe where we concluded our 4 hour shoot. I will be seeing David in just over a week as he is also attending a group shoot I am modelling at. I look forward to working with him there and also in the future. I highly recommend shooting with him. Nice guy. Thanks David! See you soon x

As the first point, it should be noted that David really plays down his ability, to the point when I looked at his BOC images during our shoot, they looked fab (and far better than he makes out)!

During pre-shoot comms, we shared ideas and I felt happy with what to expect on the day.

On our shoot, I was made to feel welcome. We discussed our shoot proposal and what we were looking to achieve. Making use of the natural light, we ran through various different sets (my fav was the fisnet tights and fetish ballet boots) where I was able to pose freely. Breaks as needed and plenty of fluids offered. David was very respectful, mindul of my comfort and acted a true professional.

Great shoot, happy to recommend!

I shot with David last week and had such a great time!

The pre-communication was absolutely spot on and I really couldn’t have asked for better.

We planned everything down to a T, makeup, hair, was all explained and I felt so at ease going into it knowing exactly what was in mind.

David was really considerate, making sure I was fed & watered! But also just a massively generous and nice dude all around.

I really enjoyed working with him & I found that the shoot just absolutely flew by,

The fact he only started recently is crazy for how much talent and knowledge he already has,

I can’t wait to see where David goes photography wise but also would 100% recommend and would love to shoot again.

Ps. Photos are pretty great too. 😉

Had a fabulous cosplay shoot today with David and he was amazing, so genuine, kind and professional.

He made me feel good about myself during the shoot and confident. He helped me with the poses and gave direction very well.

Probably one of best photographers I have ever worked with and it definitely won't be the last time I shoot with him.

I can't recommend David enough, just a absolute pleasure and all round nice guy .

Delight to work with David again on a Workshop exploring light and retouching of Skin. He is a fantastic creative and combines this with a strong desire to develop and improve his skillset. Plus he's a top lad to have around the place :)

David came for his second workshop at Ark this weekend and was a great delegate to have around. He has a good understanding of art and what he wants to achieve and is now developing his photography and retouching to get to that level. There's no question he'll get there. Great to see you again David, totally recommended.

I was lucky enough to meet David as he booked to take part on one of John Denton's workshops (skin workshop).

From the moment we met, we got on so well! He was a breath of fresh air for the weekend and it was an absolute pleasure to get to work with him. His images are amazing and his thought process behind the images he captures is spectacular. He takes such pride in his work and strives the achieve the best set of images, which he always manages to do. He gives direction when needed and is sure to show you the progress throughout and express what he wants to achieve. He even sketches, meaning his ideas are brought to life and you can see what it is he is aiming for.

Time flew by when working with David and i love the images i have recieved back. Thank you so much for all your hard work, I can't wait to potentially organise another shoot with you in the future. 10/10 would definetely recommend.

I had a brilliant first shoot with david, the communication in the lead up to the shoot was great. David is very artistic and articulates his ideas through sketches and very precise direction. It meant the shoot went smoothly and was very structured, he was so fun to work with and his creativity knows no limit. Definatly recommend cant wait for the next shoot ^_^

Anyone who lets you play with glitter and paint for a shoot In their house is already a winner!

I had such a fun time with David! He made sure I was ok at all times during the shoot, provided me with coffee and food and made sure I was comfortable and warm during the shoot to, he was full of ideas but also let me put some of my ideas into it to! He was so well

Prepared and actually thought of everything (spare towels, different coloured glitter and paints) and I really felt comfortable and had a great time, I was so surprise that David said he’s only just started back at photography because already he 100% knows what’s he’s doing and he’s deffo gonna go far :)

I can’t wait to work with him again! yeah
