References for Kay Choudri Photography

Had a very enjoyable shoot with Kay today at my home shooting for a project to do with his MA in Fashion Photography. Like myself Kay is developing a strong preference for Fine Art style photography with a fashion feel. His work is outstanding and I was thrilled with what he shot today. He kindly converted it to low res jpegs and literally left a copy of all images from the shoot on my iMac for me to select my favourites for him to do final edits on. If only TF were usually this hassle free. In additional to his professionalism I felt at ease with him at all times and I can sense he is a man of his word. I cannot wait to work with him again and will be recommending him (very) highly to others.

Had a blast with Kay today ... really relaxed, really different, really inventive ... the guy is constantly thinking on his feet and asking for things that take me out of my comfort zone but receptive enough to acknowledge and respond to other ideas ... truly a fantastic day that went on well beyond the scheduled time ... some new technology he was trying out that he seemed to get the hang of very quickly ... filming as well as stills ... what wasn't to like?

I had a lovely shoot today in Brindley place in Birmingham with Kay. Had some great ideas for shoots and we took full advantage of the weather and the use of shadows and natural light.I cannot wait to see the final imagery and I look forward to working with Kay soon as we have had some great ideas for future projects. :)

Kay is a one of a kind photographer with incredible vision. He is inspired and fully engaged with his work, challenges the boundaries of perception, thus creating some truly outstanding images. We collaborate regularly and I find the experience and the outcome extremely rewarding. He communicates well before, during and after the shoot. Always punctual, respectful, with impeccable manners and most enjoyable company. Highly recommend him.

Had a fabulous shoot with Kay today in Birmingham. He's very calm and relaxed and very professional in his approach. We went to a few different sites and let our instincts guide us .... we seemed very much in tune and from what I saw there are some great shots to come .... no pressure then, Kay .....

A great couple of hours and well worth the visit to Birmingham .... highly recommended ..... and I hope we can work together again - maybe in London next time?

Shooting with Kay was professional and creative from start to finish. Pre communication was spot on and meant I could prepare outfits accordingly. We shot from my home, he was friendly, courteous, easy to shoot with, allowed me to play with poses but directed and caught shots when he saw them. Would gladly recommend him to new and experienced models and would gladly shoot again :-)

An inspired and inspiring creative with great technical knowledge of the 'tools' of photography and the confidence to challenge rules to achieve and express his ideas and concepts. He is very polite and professional, he made me feel comfortable and at ease, brilliant in giving me directions in order to achieve the results he was aiming at. This shoot was a great start and 'warm up' for hopefully more future collaborations as discussed.

Highly recommend, his work will add something new to any model's portfolio and range and depth of modelling experience.

It was great to work with Kay on my outerwear shoot yesterday; he was very easy going, relaxed and very thorough, listening to what style I was after and making sure I got exactly the image I wanted. He also discussed all details and ideas that I had given on my mood boards and how these could be turned into great shots. I would highly recommend Kay to anyone looking for fantastic photographs and look forward to working with him again. Special thanks to his assistant Drew Kirkland who was also great to work with yesterday.

Had a fab time shooting with Kay today modelling Sian Riley's out wear collection; a photographer who definitely knows his stuff.

Kay was very easy going, gave me direction when needed and knew his lines and images he wanted to create so well.

Would highly recommend Kay and I look forward to working with him on other projects :)
