References for Softlightuk

Had a spontaneous and spectacular shoot today with Softlight, he knew a fantastic location to work in and asked if I wanted to model and of course I said yes! 😁 As a photographer he is amazing – knows exactly what works and has an eye for light and detail. Looking at the pictures back of cam I can say that what we shot was outstanding, not to mention that he is overall great company, being respectful and caring throughout. If you get a chance to work with him I cannot recommend him enough – thanks again 😊

We have worked together twice now. Always great company! Good with communication. Made sure I felt comfortable throughout both shoots we've done.

From both shoots we've done, I've been happy with all the images I got back. Even when the weather has failed us, we've successfully worked around it to get some great shots.

Would definitely recommend! Has so many ideas for shoot locations too, which is great!

I had I crazy idea to shot in February on the beach in dress. It's cold, it's windy, it's rainy but why not. Softlightuk accepted my shoot call and we meet for shoot. Was very comfortable work together.

Recommend and definitely will do shoot again with Softlightuk in future.

I’ve done a handful of shoot with Paul now. The most recent one was up in Scotland in a big beautiful house. The theme was princess and we got some amazing shots. I’m so glad I got this opportunity. Worked with SoftLightUK for the first time yesterday. We have been trying to arrange a shoot since 2020 but couldn’t find mutual free time, and I’m so glad we finally got our chance. He is very professional and friendly, made it easy for me to get comfortable with him quickly and get back into the swing of things.

The original plan was to shoot in an abandoned building near me, SoftLight was nice enough to go and check out the setting before picking me up, only to find the place has new cameras and was boarded up, so we had to find a plan B. We ended up going to formby to another building he thought would be good to use, but the same issues occurred. We walked down the road to the pinewoods and got some awesome shots, I am actually really glad the original plans failed as we made the most out of the situation and got some crackers making use of the surroundings and natural light.

His directions and camera angles were great and I’m so pleased with the images, we make a great team, looking forward to working with him again, don’t hesitate to book in with him

Paul is a true professional through and through, from initial communication to finding a great location and then making me feel at ease despite us being in a challenging environment. He talked me through poses he wanted and positioned me so the light was just right. Anyone considering working with Paul definitely should, I can’t wait for our next shoot together!

I shot with Paul this Monday again, after previously meeting him at a local studio networking night. We collaborated on a 'milk bath' shoot at his apartment as agreed in previous communications as we had stayed in touch from the first studio evening we had met. Paul had lots of great ideas and really good photographic knowledge. Paul made me feel really comfortable and helped me to understand how to achieve the shots we wanted, and was patient whilst doing so!

I had a great shoot today with Paul in a local abandoned mill.

We had discussed ideas before had and worked in a few of both our ideas. Cant wait to see the final images.

Paul was very professional and i would definitely recommend him. He made me feel relaxed and at easy from the start and gave direction and ideas as well as letting me do my thing.

I worked with Paul late last week at Zan Studio in Wigan, and I can't recommend him enough to anybody looking to shoot! He has a keen eye for the images he wants to create, and does this to effect.

Paul was professional at all times and made me feel relaxed in the studio, and as this was my first studio shoot, he helped me out a lot and gave me some great tips!

Paul applied to my casting & we shot earlier tonight at an outdoor location. He has an artistic eye and some great ideas. We got on very well he's easy going & will make you feel comfortable. I would defiantly work with him again, I recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer. Can't wait to see the piks ::)
