Had a really amazing shoot with Stephane James at his home studio in Cardiff during my Wales Tour.

Prior to shooting pre-communications were spot on and everything was super easy to organize. The shoot was for his project “In the Grey” which he explained lots about on the shoot day and showed me some of his beautiful work that had been printed along with some other books for inspiration.

Stephane was really accommodating and offered hot drinks as well as giving me my own area to change in. He’d set up some really cool backdrops and lighting in his spacious living room area.

Stephane is really professional, respectful and easy to work with and talk to. The shoot flew by and was really productive we got so many looks and themes done and as well as photography Stephane is also really good at styling and putting looks together.

We shot a variety of fashion and lingerie shots as well as some portraits too. At the end of the shoot as it was my last shoot if the Tour we also did some no makeup shots which I’d never done before. I felt super comfortable around Stephane to do these sort of shots and he made sure flattering light was used. When I saw the results I was super pleased and we had some really good shots in there.

Stephane contacted me for a shoot in Cardiff. And I’m so happy he did!

It was for his in the grey book series. He showed me previous work from the project so I knew what exactly he was after. Which made the whole shoot just flow naturally.

He was so easy to work with! And has a real passion for his work! Which shines through on shoot!

Stephane was completely professional throughout. Making sure I was comfortable and happy!

Highly recommended to any level of model. And looking forward to the chance of working with him on a different project very soon

Had a great shoot with Stephane today.

He was very chill and laid back, creating a nice atmosphere from the start.

He clearly knows his lighting, I was amazed at what he was able to create!

He had lots of great ideas and we managed to fill the whole 4 hours with different sets and poses.

Beast Awakens

Had a nice impromptu shoot with Stephane yesterday, he had booked a shoot with my partner Jessika, then spotted my portfolio and asked if I could jump in as well as he wanted to shoot with me also!

I brought a selection of looks and outfits and we worked well together to fit in with the themes and styles he was wanting to shoot. Very relaxed atmosphere at his home studio, great lighting setups, looking forward to seeing the finished images! 😊

I had a great shoot with Stephane on Monday, shooting some chic fashion styles around Cardiff.

I really liked the pace of the photoshoot, it was swift and efficient which kept things moving and fresh.

It’s clear Stephane has been shooting for a while as he has a keen eye for light and angles; he gave me great direction when it was needed.

A very professional photographer, 100% recommended......thank you for a very enjoyable shoot.

Had my second shoot with Stephane yesterday outside in the windy city of Cardiff.

Steph brought his light and created a lot of shadows in the images which came out beautifully. We then converted to gels towards the end which came out so so good.

Steph gave good direction, he had ideas he wanted to achieve and he was well directed for where I should stand for the shadows to hit the right areas of my body.

I really enjoy working with Steph, hes absolutely lovely and so easy go get along with. Hes very good at separating casual conversation to photography mode, he gets super into it.

Would love to work with Steph again, highly professional and recommended by me

Had my first shoot with Stephane at his home studio, looking through some of his previous work gave me loads of ideas and we even came up with some unique ones on the spot. He was extremely patient with me and posing me in all the right ways. Cannot wait to work together soon.

Stephane is great to work with he is very welcoming and very professional and has wonderful ideas. I'm very pleased with the images he has sent me and I would highly reccomend working with Stephane.

I worked with Stephane last year and I just admire his work ethic. He does a lot of projects and even creates books from the photos he takes, which is just really meaningful. Its great to look at the work he's created! I could just see one of his books in a museum gift shop!

I had a great shoot with Stephane yesterday at Cardiff Castle, it was my first time visiting Cardiff and I must say it was a brilliant first impression especially being able to shoot in such a beautiful location!

Stephane was great to work with, he was extremely calm and understanding despite there being several transport delays causing us to start an hour late, but we got straight into shooting once we reached our location and got some great shots during the 2 hours.

Stephane is very talented and has an eye for quality pictures, he knows what he wants out of each picture and gives great direction when needed, he’s easy to work with and we had a nice chat throughout the shoot.

I’d be happy to work with Stephane again and I can’t wait to see how the pictures turn out!

Worked with Stephane a few weeks back when he asked me to be apart of his Caerdydd creatives project. Pre coms were perfect. He had a lot of insightful questions about what inspired me to become an artist. It was such a wonderful experience. Stephane is so proffesional and so passionate about what he does.
