Here we have a nice large purpose built studio in Mutley, Plymouth which I am happy to offer non-commercial hire for a rate which is whatever is affordable for you. It has full facilities, ground floor access, 180 degree infinity cove, pantograph lighting system, backdrops, lights and shapers and even road access for large objects like a motorbike for example.

I just would like it to be used more as I don't have the time myself to be there much. Full training given and is offered to anyone whether model, photographer or artists alike. I can make it as affordable as you like.

Furthermore, the studio is available to hire on a negotiable commercial basis, block bookings of 2 hours at £20, and also on a monthly plan for £155pm for complete 24/7 access.  I am happy to talk budget with you.
