References for Shutter and Flash Studio

Yesterday I had the great pleasure of working at Shutter and Flash Studio. Having never been there before and indeed not even being familiar with Bristol, Davinder was kind enough to send me very detailed directions on how to find them. The directions led me directly to the door without a hitch.

After arriving I was greeted with a nice cup of tea along with all the help I could ask for. The studio is very well equipped complete with a double infinity cove – most impressive.

A terrific facility right in the centre of Bristol with really helpful staff and right next to a car park. What more could you ask for?

I was very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to shoot there again.

Their communication is top notch, studio is in an amazing place & you feel super secure and at ease.

they are brilliant at orgainising these days. great help when you need it and always so helpful before and after .

Had a fabulous shoot at Shutter & Flash alongside photographer Julia Shiva.

The chaps were wonderfully helpful and the space is a great studio to shoot in.

Would definitely recommend and I'll hopefully be back there to shoot in the future! :-)

I have booked Shutter and Flash Studio today for a film noir shoot. Davinder and Inderjit were amazingly helpful. I had a few ideas on what I wanted but some of the lighting was quite complex and not feeling 100 % confident on how to go about it. The team went out of their way so that the light was right and they even cut cardboard especially for the shoot and sorted some venetian blind materials too.

They were at hand throughout the shoot, holding reflectors, blinds, etc.......They made myself and the model feel very at ease.

They have all the lighting you need and the studio is spacious. Location is superb, shops around, etc

Very helpful and friendly, I cannot recommend this studio highly enough. If you are looking to hire a studio in Bristol, look no further :)

Done a few shoots now at Shutter and Flash Studio. It has a really good sized working area plus an additional changing area for models. It's extremely well equipped and the Team are very welcoming, very friendly, very knowledgeable and always ready to help should you need it otherwise, you're left to do your thing without interruption. I recommend it.

the studio has a infinity wall making lighting set up easy to do and shoot

I had a new model which I had not shot before and they made her and her chaperone feel welcome

the facilities were remarked on by the model as one of the best they had used.

great tea and fabulous lights

we wanted to shoot with a lit backdrop and nothing was to much trouble

great team and will want to work with them again.

Had a fantastic shoot at the studio this afternoon with a visiting Model called Angel, who hails from Worthing

great fun to work here and team lead by Davinder who works so hard to get everything so right and he was able to set up lights for the various sets Angel and I completed. the facilities include and infinity wall so you have can have a white and a blackone side by side and you can change by moving the model.

excellent set of lights and we were able to finish up using a smoke machine

I have shot here several times with different models and we have a great time. the team on duty always is on hand to help if needed or stay out of your way.

oner of the best features is that you can see on a 40" screen the last image taken and so the camera back check is much easier. Canon and Nikon and some other cameras.

great for test shots and lighting set ups

great location near shops and hotels and not far from Bristol Temple Meads

a very secure safe car park is next door.

great place and highly recommended
