I cast for new models around 3 months ago, and Shannon showed interest. At that time I looked at her previous shoots and was hugely impressed by what I saw. She was versatile, local, has a fantastic body and IMO was a very good Glamour model. Things changed for us, and we had to cancel our shoot. I never forgot her though, and knew that if we did shoot together, it would be fire. Fast forward to yesterday and I was absolutely right!!

Shannon has gave me more images that I like than anymore previously. She shot around 8 or 9 sets, and overall, brought the most amazing shoot day I can imagine. Within those sets, nothing was samey. All the sets had a totally fresh vibe and I think coming away asking myself have I ticked all the things I want to get that day, well absolutely yes and more, as Shannon just gave me the more amazing images, of such high standard.

I can be aware of light direction and how it influences the image, but Shannon totally knew how to use that light and where it can be placed better. Very intelligent woman that brought 8 or 9 sets to life. I don’t think I’ve enjoyed a shoot as much, I would love to do all that again, and I’m sure if you booked her, you would too.

Brilliant communication, great fun to be around, really easy to talk to and has made me feel in awe of her talent to make the most amazing images.

I first spotted Shannon on Instagram, when she took part in a modelling day with a model who has become a dear friend. I mentioned to said friend that I was impressed with Shannon's images, and was informed that Shannon had been brilliant. Shannon immediately went on my list of models I had to shoot with at some point.

Pre-comms were absolutely spot on. Shannon had some lovely ideas of images she wanted to try, and she was also more than happy with the moodboards I shared with her. Come shoot day, she arrived with a case full of outfit items and props - she had obviously put a huge amount of thought and preparation into the shoot.

Although still relatively inexperienced and saying she was feeling a little low in confidence on the day, Shannon was absolutely fantastic. She worked from fashion up to art nude, and nailed everything. I did not see that supposed lack in confidence at all when she was in front of the camera, and I am delighted with the images we made together.

Sadly we didn't have time to cover everything or use all of the props and outfits Shannon came with. Although, I'm not too sad about it because Shannon has already said she wants to come back again in the new year, and I honestly cannot wait to shoot with her again.
