Had a great shoot at Shaftesbury Studios last Wednesday with two models on a full day studio hire. The studio has loads of rooms to shoot in with coloured backdrops, lighting, modifiers and triggers available for use. Kera - who runs the studio - was prompt with answers to any questions about the studio and was kind enough to leave me a tripod for use, as I was flying in and travelling light. Having used the studio, there are a number of set ups I thought of only afterwards which I'd like to come back and realise. I would recommend the studio and hope to return.

I am just back from a very good shoot at Shaftesbury Photography Studios. It is very well positioned, only being a short walk from Burton on Trent town centre. There are eight rooms to use, all of a good size, with a good studio room, and other rooms for more stylised shooting. The two staircases offered particularly interesting lighting and background choices. Having now discovered Shaftesbury photography studios, I would hope to work there again at some point, and I would recommend it to both photographers and models.

Lovely studio, very spacious & plenty of backdrops/locations to use for all kinds of midelling/photography. I could quite easily spend a whole day here collection different styles of images. Looking forward to coming back

Excellent studio in Burton on Trent.

Well equipped with spacious rooms. Lots of natural light and different sets.

Shot 3 models here on a half day hire - could have shot here all day!

This was my second shoot at this fantastic studio. There are great opportunities for different areas to use and today I only duplicated one area. All facilities including model changing area, toilets, kitchen and rooms are all of a great standard and great equipment too. Kera the owner runs a great studio here and it’s definitely worth a visit by any level models or photographers.

Totally recommended and I will be back again soon.

I'm completely in love with this studio. My morning shooting there started with a guided tour and every room oozed with possibility. There is so much light and space and personality here. It is also superbly furnished with equipment and props. Kera insists that it is a work-in-progress but there is already so much that can be done, the thought that it might get even better is really exciting! I particularly loved the decorative window that looks out onto the rooftops beyond, and the incredibly spooky staircase round the back. There is also a salon room (!) which is great for doing makeup and getting changed.

Fabulous studio, well worth the trip, happy to recommend it and looking forward to shooting there again ☺

I have just been fortunate enough to work for the first time at this fantastic studio. The studio is brilliantly equipped and has masses of scope for varying styles of work. Don’t be mistaken by the fact that it is described as not yet fully completed to the owners extremely high standards as it works really well as it is and will only get better I’m sure.

The owner Kera is lovely too, giving me a guided tour of all the facilities before leaving me to it.

Bags of natural light streams through large interesting windows in a number of the areas.

Totally recommended and I am hoping to be back again soon.
