Rhino is a washed-up rock musician and former rockstar, now an alcoholic and avid weed-smoker. Meeting Rhino is the story of his friendship with a seventeen-year-old promising mathematician/drug dealer Julian who can't afford to go to college, and Rhino's epiphany after a heartfelt discussion with Julian's desperate mother following Julian's near-fatal OD at Rhino's chaotic house.
