Re Castings:

I often post castings for various talent here, mainly female models. I take every effort to give as much initial info about a shoot or concept as possible  - A. to attract the right applicants and B. to avoid any misunderstandings/disappointment for anyone involved. Please take a moment to read the whole description and additional parameters of a shoot and be upfront about your requirements. On too many occasions have I had to deal with a model only realising they'd have a train fare to pay or even that no payment is offered - all of this after they'd confirmed a booking and after I'd shortlisted them for a shoot. This leaves me in a very tricky and awkward position where I often feel my arm has been twisted into paying when I clearly state in my castings that I work on a collaboration basis - I don't get paid anything, you don't get paid anything but we both get great images. If you absolutely need help with expenses then you shouldn't be applying for TF castings.
