I got so painfully behind on my references from the tail end of 2023 into this year for many various reasons (my life being the main one!) but finally here I am with my cup of herbal tea catching up!! :)

Unbelievably 12 !!! Years had passed since my first shoot with Steve- wow. Quite amazing and pretty cool here we are, still in this crazy little bubble :)

Steve shot me at my home studio for a few hours and it was a super chilled shoot- with lots of lovely images thrown in. We shot a wide range of styles and the time flew by!

I hope to be able to shoot with Steve again-ideally in less than 12 years time (I might be a tad too old then) we shall see ;)

I have known Steve for a very long time now and I absolutely love working with him. You will see from my previous references on how each shoot goes but this shoot was by far the best. We booked Sandy Wilds hotel for an 8 hour shoot and it was such a fantastic location.

With both our ideas the shoot was amazing and also the pics are the best we have ever done.

I really cant wait for our next shoot xx

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Stevie came to Basford Hurst Cottage to shoot alongside Dave and Misuzu. This was Stevie's first visit to Basford and we really hope it isn't the last!! All pre comms with Stevie were great and he turned up on time with everything he needed.

Stevie was warm, friendly and easy to talk to from the moment he arrived. He worked very well alongside Dave and Misuzu and was always respectful of our location during his time here.

We would have no hesitation to reccomend Stevie and we very much look forward to seeing him again soon in 2024! Thank you Stevie!

Steve is a really lovely friendly guy and so easy to get on with. The shoot was fantastic and the images we created are amazing !

Had another fantastic shoot with Steve at his beautiful home. Preshoot communications were spot on and we discussed numerous ideas dependant on the weather. I arrived to a warm welcome from Steve with a cup of coffee and biscuit to hand. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side so we began with shooting indoors. The shoot was relaxed and the chatter just flowed. I love working with Steve as the ideas just keep flowing. Steve is a professional at all times and the more I shoot with him, the better it gets. We even experimented with some video work this time which was great fun. The 5 hours just flew by and from what I saw on the back of the camera we again got some great shots. As I have said before I highly recommend working with Steve if you get the chance...you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Steve for a great day.

Last week i had the chance to work with Stevie.

Stevie is such a friendly respectfull person who made sure i was feeling carew for and had everyting i needed.

I appreciated his calmness very much.

We had good conversation and the shoot was very relaxed.

Together with Stevie and DaveEd i had such a lovely afternoon shooting.

Another incredible shoot with Steve! :)

Pre communication spot on, quick and efficient.

This time we shot at his place, together also with Dave, and wow what a house!! It was amazing! Lots of rooms, plenty of natural light.. lots of possibilities to try!

I had a room and a bathroom just for me to use.

Working with Steve means having a great time producing beautiful images. He is professional during the shoot as well as friendly and make you feel comfortable. We had plenty of coffee breaks and lunch.

I would recommend to shoot with Steve with no doubts and I can’t wait for our next shoot together!

Stevie is very professional, has an incredible home studio, every prop you could ever imagine, and thinks of every little detail. He gives fantastic direction, awesome feedback and encouragement, and I felt like I learned alot during the 4 hours I was there, time flew by

excited to see the finished results. On top of all this Stevie is a total delight to spend time with. I felt at ease in his presence from start to finish.

This is my third shoot with Steve and each one gets better and better. We shot at his stunning home again which is just beautiful for natural light. Steve's preshoot communications are fantastic and I knew exactly what he wanted to achieve. When I arrived I was greeted with a nice cuppa and we had a lovely catch up. Steve is a true professional.... so welcoming, easy to get along with and is always ensuring the model feels comfortable. He has an extensive wardrobe of outfits/props to choose from along with bringing your own. I just love working with Steve as there is always laughter and fun but also he knows exactly what he wants to achieve but will also take on board your ideas to. He is great with direction but allows you to pose freely. I would highly recommend working with Steve if you get the chance and thanks again for a fantastic shoot. Look forward to the next one....

My second shoot with Steve and this time I was invited to his beautiful home to shoot. A stunning Elizabethan style house with great natural light and decor and a beautiful garden for some outdoor images.

I arrived and Steve had coffee ready for me. We had a chat and a tour of his home and immediately I could see some fantastic areas to shoot in. We discussed outfits and got to work with a couple of sets. The natural light is just amazing and along with the outfits we chose, from what I saw on the back of the camera we were certainly getting some stunning images.

Steve provided me with lunch and was professional at all times, giving me a room to change in, drinks when needed and a gown to use between shots,his hospitality was spot on. He was always making sure I was ok (especially if we shot outside) and was just such a lovely guy. The 4 hours just whizzed by and we only touched the surface of the images you could get in his beautiful home.

I would highly recommend working with Steve and I look forward to working with you again some time in the future.

It was lovely to work with Steve again at Daves pop up studio.

Just like last time, he bought along so many amazing props, outfits, jewellery and shoes - it was like walking into a boutique! We used some of the beautiful pieces for an Egyptian themed set which turned out beautifully.

I have loads of fun working with Steve, he is so creative and has bags of energy and enthusiasm when shooting which is highly contagious!

I would wholeheartedly recommend to other models :)

I recently had a fantastic morning shooting with Steve and his friend Dave at their wonderful 'pop-up' studio.

They bought with them an array of props, backdrops, lighting... everything you could wish for, along with an abundance of ideas.

Steve has a collection of jewellery the likes of which I have never seen and having the chance to rummage through it all and model with it was a privilege and made my day!

Both Dave and Steve were loads of fun to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend either of them and, of course, to work with them again together or individually.

I worked with Steve last month and I must say he was a joy to work with!...

He attended a shoot as a duo with DaveEd and they worked so well as a duo.

Bouncing inspiration & ideas off each other was lovely to see!...

He also made sure I was looked after throughout the shoot with cups of tea and such!...

And the amount of gorgeous props!...

Anyway we had a fabulous shoot which absolutely flew by with laughs and wonderful images!...

Second shoot with Stevie this week at Pop up studio hosted by Dave. It was great working with both of them!

Stevie is a joy to work with! He had plenty of ideas, brought along lots of costumes, dresses and fantastic pieces of jewellery. We had amazing time shooting with plenty of breaks and good chat.

Stevie was professional and enthusiastic all the way through, kind and respectful. Easy to get along and fun to work with! Would definitely recommend to any other models and I look forward to our next shoot together in the future!

OMG where to start with this reference...

If there is such a thing as the perfect shoot...this was it!

I noticed some really good references on their ports and thought I would contact them...so glad I did!

Steve and DaveEd work extremely well together (so I have decided to give them the same reference)...

I hadn't done a shoot in 4 days, so I had loads of energy and enthusiasm haha...

Steve and DaveEd are absolutely fantastic to work for...easy to get on with, super friendly, chatty, gentlemen (they were both always making sure I was warm, plenty of tea and not hungry), professional and respectful...

They are both soooooooo good at getting the lighting really good (totally different styles of lighting, which is one thing that makes it so fun to work for these guys)...

They brought loads of props that worked so well and the dress just made my hips look even more sexy haha...

We did a mixture of portrait, fashion, nudes and bodyscapes...

The time went so quick...

Thank you to both of you for booking me...

They are the best and I hope to see you both again...
