Me and Serena had been meaning to work with each other for a while, she had mentioned that she had not done makeup properly for a while and wanted to get back into the game and to build her portfolio, obviously I couldn't say no because she is such a lovely person.

Serena really gives you confidence in her work as she will explain to you as she goes along what she is doing and why she is doing it. Even throughout the shoot she was right there making sure my hair and makeup was in place at all times as she wants you to get the best shots as well.

Serena is very helpful and easy to talk to which is always good as you want too feel comfortable and relaxed when working with someone. Not to mention she will help out during the shoot as well.

Highly recommend working with her and would love to work with her again in the future.

Had the pleasure of having my make up done by serena for a goth fairy shoot today . I gave her a bit of a challenge as she hadnt done that eye design before but low and behold she did a fantastic job getting it exactly how i wanted it . Thank you for your time and dedication today ! Having spoken with Serena last month and meeting with her to discuss some ideas and potential shoots, I quickly discovered how professional and talented she is. Looking over her previous work, it is easy to see how passionate she is, and I was certainly eager to get her on board for our first shoot together. Today we got to work on our first shoot together and had a great time, Serena being on top and bringing more than enough supplies for the shoot. After setting her a bit of a challenge for the type of makeup we wanted for the shoot, I was more than happy with the results, as we ended up getting some fantastic photos. Along with the makeup, Serena was also a big help on the shoot, helping to provide ideas and assistance when required. She is someone I hope to work with again on future shoots, and someone I would also highly recommend.

We had a great shoot with Serena last Sunday. Pre-shoot communication was good and she sent us sketches of her ideas at short notice. She was very punctual and very organised with her kit. She is very friendly and was fully involved in the shoot. She is a perfectionist and kept a close eye on the make up throughout the shoot. She composed a couple of great looks: one precisely to request and the other one of her choosing in keeping with the theme. She has creative aspirations which we are keen to exploit with our next shoot together. Highly recommended!
