John is such an interesting character and really appreciates natural beauty. John has the ability to see beauty from within as well as what lies on the surface!

What a truly Magnificat human being and photographer. I am very pleased with my images as they bring something very different to my port and be uploading more of them during the course of this year!

Would highly recommend to all!

Just had my first shoot with John and absolutely loved it.

He has great, outside the box ideas and isn't afraid to touch on gritty subject matter.

He is also lovely to be around and made me feel very comfortable shooting with him.

I had my first shoot with John, his way of capturing images is very calm, pure and natural. Effortless with a lot of talent!

We exchanged ideas and got along very well. He looked after me during the day with food and drinks which was lovely.

Worked with John again on Tuesday, and all I keep thinking is how amazing the shoot was. I think the more we work together the better the results keep getting and this time was no exception.

John travelled to me this time and we had planned a full day on the beach... Although this is Wales, so the weather didn't go quite to plan. Instead of sun we had flat grey sky, so the morning started off by going to a local derelict place and the we finished the afternoon by going to the beach. Each location was so different I really think we got a variety of emotion captured within the shots.

I have to say I'm very much looking forward to seeing the results, John is a good photographer only using the natural light available to him and it was gorgeous!

Thank you so much for another fantastic shoot, highly recommend to all models.

I had a wonderful fourth shoot with John.... Just under a year since our last shoot! How time flies... It was a real pleasure to see how we had both progressed in what we do over that year - our shoot really flowed in a relaxed and enjoyable way! :)

We kept the shoot local to John's house - he is very lucky to live in such a beautiful area, with some very scenic bluebell woods just a few yards away from his front door, leading on to a gorgeous field of rapeseed which was in full bloom and bursting with vibrant colour under the bright blue sky.... We did have a bit of fun negotiating the barbed wire fence and the field of bulls though!!

I really enjoyed working spontaneously with John, working together to find what we could do that not only worked, but was a little different too. He's keen to experiment and work on ideas together. We produced some gorgeous images - some beautiful portraits in that rapeseed field! :)

John looked after me well on our shoot - a kind and generous soul - not only did he ensure that I was safe and comfortable at all times, but he also prepared a wonderful lunch for me, and also sent me away with some lovely oils for my skin too. John really looks after his models - it was so much appreciated - thank you John - it was a really lovely day indeed!!

I had my first shoot with John, he is a lovely person accommodating, relaxed friendly. I found his style as a photographer incredibly challenging as he tries to catch natural body poses and expressions without any coercion whatsoever.

The shoot was completely spontaneous and not concept based.

I would recommend him to anyone but even more so newer models.

Had my second shoot with John on Monday, this time I travelled to his place near Haverfordwest whilst on tour.

He is a great guy, really friendly and super easy to get along with.

We did a variety of different sets and and got some really lovely images. He is a keen photographer and gives good direction. It was a fun and relaxed shoot and time absolutely flew by.

He also let me stay at his for the night before my shoot the next day in Cardiff,

he provided me with lush food and great hospitality.

Thank you again so much for a great shoot, your amazing hospitality happily recommend to all models new and experienced.

I will definitely look forward to working with you again.

had my second shoot with John today at his home in Fishguard... it was nice to get a proper shoot with him as we'd only done a very short shoot in my house before! John is a true professional, allowing the model to pose freely whilst also contributing his own ideas throughout. I enjoyed working with him and getting to know him a bit better, definitely recommended for new and experienced models alike! Ari x

Well what can you say about John!? One of the most friendly, relaxed, accomodating, and attentive photographers/hosts you could ever wish for! The 8 hour day just flew by. John was respectful and interested in my opinion and made it clear what kind of look he was after. I would love to return to John's when the weather's warmer to really make the most of the beautiful scenery surrounding his home, I look forward to working with him in the future.

Fourth shoot with John - such a wonderful host, as always. John's shoot are always a refreshing change as we get to sit & chat, drinking tea whilst we look through the images. We check the back of the camera every couple of shots & download images at the end of each set meaning we can adjust poses etc as we go along. It's great to be able to look through them together - it always feels like a proper collaboration.

We had a fabulous brief shoot at the beach, as it was absolutely freezing, and got some great images including Lucy (opinionated terrier) trying to tug me off a buoy!

Working with John is fun, relaxed & we always get some really lovely natural images that are a lovely addition to our ports. Highly recommended of course, do shoot with John if you get the opportunity!!! Thank you John, and Lucy, until next time :-) xx

Just had my third shoot with John. Again I had a fabulous time, John is a truly excellent host & great company. Our shoots often start wtih an idea that evolves into something neither of us had envisaged at the start & that makes them challenging & fun. Shooting with John is a true collaboration, he's full of ideas but values & asks for my opinion & input. I always love the images we come up with. I have no hesitation in recommending John & hope to continue shooting with him for the foreseeable future - we've already talked about ideas for our next shoot. Thank you John & see you soon :-) xx

(second shoot) When I booked our holiday I did not know at the time that I had booked a cottage 5 minutes away from where John Lives!! So When this was discovered we sorted out another shoot. John was friendly and full of ideas and once again we had a fun relaxed shoot.

Before I returned home John kindly dropped off some prints which was very kind of him. Thanks for a great shoot.

John is a truly lovely man with a very artistic mind, I thoroughly enjoyed our shoot, John was helpful and easygoing throughout, happy to give me direction but also to take my ideas on board. John also showed me images we'd taken throughout the shoot to give me an idea of what was working well or not so well. I'm pleased with the images, and John was very good company. I hope to work with you again soon :)

Well what can I say! I stayed with John for a couple of days for our second shoot together. John is a total gentleman & extremely hospitable - again he was very chatty, friendly & easy going, we got on really well & had a fun shoot with lots of laughs & cups of tea! John was keen for my input & we constantly checked the back of the camera to see if poses & lighting etc were working & adjusted accordingly. I'm so chuffed with the images we have created - they are really different & unusual. I had such a brilliant time with John and I really look forward to the next time we shoot together. And of course John comes very highly recommended by me :-) til next time John & thank you!! xx

Had my first home shoot at my new pad with John and despite the limited space we gave it our best shot! John is polite, chatty and friendly, and is able to direct the shoot well... I am determined to have an even better shoot with him next time - he is a delight to work with :)

Shot wother John at his house near Carmarthen. We got through multiple sets using natural lighting. John was very easy to get along with and had a lot of laughs with. He also had a lovely dog who I even managed to get a few shots with and of whilst I was there. Would happily recommend John to anyone.

John is the kindest, friendliest & most gentle man you could hope to come across.

We shot over two days, the first being at his home & on the second day at a gorgeous coastal location. John was extremely welcoming from the beginning & ensured I was comfortable & relaxed throughout, with copious cups of tea, a scrumptious lunch & plenty of nuts to keep me going! We discussed what we both wanted from the shoot & downloaded the images at frequent intervals so that we could see how we were doing. His style is both relaxed and extremely respectful. I'm really pleased with the images & I think we both feel we achieved what we set out to create.

John has a great sense of humour & we got along really well, creating some fabulous images whilst having fun along the way - what more could you ask for? Oh and I came away with a gorgeous jar of homemade body lotion which I can't wait to use.

So would I recommend John? Damn right I would & I look forward to shooting again with him very soon. It's lovely to set off for a shoot & come home feeling you've made a new friend :-) Thank you so much John x

John and I decided to meet up for a last minute spontaneous shoot - which is often the best kind of shoot! :) We decided to just keep it simple and not get so ambitious - and we have ended up with some lovely natural pictures which I am very pleased with! John is a very kind man and good company too. Hopefully we will be doing some more spontaneous and relaxed shoots like this, as it was great fun! Thank you xx
