Hey, my name is Simi. Originally born in The Netherlands, The Hague, but have been living in Sheffield, UK, since 2005 as my mum just wanted to come back home. I'm half Nigerian and half English.

I have been modelling for 6 years but took a gap in 2015/16 to have my son and take care of him (extra special care as he has a rare condition but is very well now).

I got scouted when I was 15 and very very shy and insecure but modelling is like a form of expression and helped me be comfortable with who I am. I loved performing arts at school and college so to me, modelling is like playing a character when you put on those clothes and the hair and make up comes together. It's a form of art and expression. I am not the loudest person when you meet me, but when I'm in front of the camera, I put my all into. I strive to deliver. I love what I do but I believe there's always room for improvement and I'm always inspired by others. I believe I haven't reached my full potential yet and could achieve so much more,like there is so much more I want to achieve.

Some of my greatest achievements in my career so far are working with Boohoo, whom I shot 8 adverts for (3 of those for Australia) back in 2014.

In 2014 I also did 3 campaigns in Paris for Aristocrazy, Forever Make up and L'Oréal hair.

Since I've had my son and been back to work in 2016 I've mainly been working in Manchester for amazing brands such as Size, Footasylum, Fanatics, Isawitfirst (shoe model).

I'd love to broaden my horizon.

I love editorial, commercial and beauty work and know I can do them all. I just love every aspect of modelling. From meeting and working with new creatives to travelling.
