First time working with Scotty!

I shot with Scotty as my first shooting in edinburgh on my 2023 Scotland tour last month. He arrived right on time (Even with a little helper!) they were both a blast to work with and I absolutely loved to relaxation and flow of our conversations and the whole shoot.

I absolutely cannot recommend him enough!

Great first coms & a delight to work with! I hope we get the opportunity to work together again!

I had my first photoshoot with Scotty today. He is an amazingly talented photographer and was very helpful throughout the entire photoshoot. Pre shooting communication was amazing and easy too.

And he showed me the pictures once we done shooting and they all looks very lovely..I cant wait to get back all my edited pictures. So my reference for him highly recommend! Looking forward to working with him again in future!

Oh, Scotty was just as lovely in person as he was remotely.

We chatted easily the way through and as he was travelling he had his lovely daughter Ava and Buddy the dog in tow.

Neither were a hindrance to the shoot, as a model herself Ava kept perfect etiquette and buddy was just the most chilled dog I've ever encountered.

We shot a variety of sets from lingerie to nude and took time to review the images from each set, from the back of the camera; we achieved some stunning images.

A true gent and an absolute blast as part of a creative team, Scotty cannot be faulted.

Highly recommended and thank you for taking time to shoot with me on your trip and hope you had a safe journey home today! 😊

Scotty messaged me about a 3hr shoot and had ideas of what he wanted to achieve.

His pre come were great, productive and professional.

Upon shooting he was friendly and great to talk to. We shot various styles as he was open minded and so I brought many options which could add to his port.

I really enjoyed working with him and think he has a great eye for images and together we created some awesome images.

Had an awesome shoot with Scotty Nicholson at my hired Apartment in Glasgow during my modelling Tour.

Prior to shooting pre-comms was excellent. On the day of shooting Scotty arrived with lots of great gear ready to shoot with his lovely daughter and model Ava Nicholson who kindly did some assistance and kept us company and we even squeezed in some duo shots too.

Scotty is just so friendly, respectful and professional he’s super easy to get on with and the shoot just flowed so well as we went from outfit to outfit with various looks and expressions. His work is just so tasteful and he puts so much effort and hard work into his photography which he is just so passionate about.

110% recommended!! Can’t thank him enough for such a fab shoot.

I had the nist amazing shoot day with Scott after 3 years. We last shot together in his homeland of Scotland so I was flattered when he contacted me to say he was in the northwest and we arranged a day shoot.

Scott turned up on time with his lovely daughter who is also a model.

We started at my home studio with some 70s inspired fashion and portraits before moving outside where I gave them a mini tour of the lovely wirral.

We shot at my local wood which was covered in beautiful bluebells, and a beautiful beach with sandstone rocks where we shot swimwear and art nude.

The time flew and Scott is really easy to shoot with and open to ideas abd suggestions.

A great shoot and I'm looking forward to catching up when I'm next in Scotland x

I had my first photoshoot with Scotty today. He was helpful throughout the entire photoshoot, and he showed me pictures that he had already taken. He was really respectful, and communication was a pleasure.

I cannot wait to get the pictures because what I saw on the camera was amazing! I definitely recommend Scotty to everyone!

I had my second shoot with Scotty this time during my studio day at 244 studio in Fife. We got through many different styles and outfits, as well as my own Scotty also brought his own outfits which were a handful of beautiful dresses and they made me feel beautiful! The pics I’ve seen so far are really lovely and I can’t wait to see more! Highly recommend Scotty to any model 😊

I shot with Scotty in Edinburgh where i met his lovely daughter Ava! Both of them made me feel completley comfortable at all times and we were blessed with the most fantastic sunshine. Communication was incredibly easy both on the shoot and beforehand. We shot around the parks in the city centre and scotty happily showed me the shots behind the camera as we went along and they looked brilliant. We took a break inbetween shooting and he was kind enough to treat me to a coffee, ava was brilliant with also getting in some behind the scenes shots. Overall it was an incredibly enjoyable experience with two genuinely lovely people who ive loved working with. Id recommend shooting with scotty to any model and i know we will definitely shoot again in the future. :)

I had an amazing time shooting with Scott. We even found out we wanted to shoot 2 years ago together it just didn’t work out that time so I’m so happy it did this time.

He brought a big selection of lovely dresses and accessories with him, which I absolutely loved.

I had such a great shoot with Scotty. I even found out that we were planning a shoot 2 years ago it just didn’t work out due to some studio issues. Well I’m so glad it did work out this time !

Scotty is such a gentleman and professional photographer with lots of great ideas.

Great shoot and the photos came out fantastic! Managed to get quite a lot of shots even with chilly wind outside. Communication was great and was shown the progress throughout the entire shoot. The shoot idea was different and was definitely fun to do. Would highly recommend working with Scotty.

I’m new to all of this and I have to say that working with Scott was a joy , he has great communication skills which put me at ease straight away , throughout the shoot he showed me what pictures he had taken and explained exactly what he wanted to achieve . In the run up to the shoot he replied to all my messages and we had a very constructive discussion on places to go for the shoot . I hope I get the chance to work with him again sometime .

This was my first ever shoot and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. Scott was wonderful at giving me direction (as was his lovely daughter, Ava) and he really went out of his way to put me at ease. He had scouted out the shooting location the week prior, so turned up to the shoot full of ideas and suggestions (there was no dithering about). He also brought with him an array of dresses and props to create different looks. Scott constantly asked for my input and was really intentional about making it a collaborative process. A really great experience all round.

I enjoyed another shoot with Scott and Gordon2 doing a mixture of Steampunk styles and posing in a lovely dress outdoors down at Stanley Mills adhering to Covid guidelines. It was a very wet day so the heavens did open up a few times but it did not stop us and we actually managed to avoid the worst of it, the rain won't stop us. :)

My seventh shoot with Scott with more awesome results and the location worked perfectly for the styles we were going for with some magical captures.

Communications were excellent leading up to and during our shoot once again and Scott is so down to earth, chatty and very pleasant to work alongside.

He brought along a couple of absolutely stunning dresses that worked so well with the theme we were going for. :)

So highly recommended, do not miss out on working with Scott.

He is so professional and always looking to adapt his skills as a photographer, he knows what he wants to capture and we always get fantastic results. Our shoot once again was very memerable and an utter delight.

I can't wait for our next shoot together.
