I recently had the opportunity to work with Owen at his house in Cheshire.He captured many different looks and I have to say how pleased I was with the finished pictures.

Owen is very easy to work with and is meticulous with getting each look just right.

Owen and I have worked together twice in the past in the way of workshops/events etc. But this time we had our very own chance to shoot 1 to 1 and it was such an epic day! The really awesome thing about working with Owen is that he is quite literally a technical artist and he won't just aim for set's of photos but creates a vision and sculpts it with light in the most genius fashion. We shot together at Joel Hicks Photographic where I knew Owen would be in his element because the location offers different challenging settings to play with which we got stuck into in the workshop as well as pulling off some amazing creative work in the studio. :) Here is a photographer who is so well prepared with concepts to shoot and the ways to go about it... The results speak for themselves as the first few edits have worked their way up and boy are they the business. I wouldn't just recommend Owen for his work as a photographer/creative I would rave about it!

Throughout the course of the day it was creative concentration but gallons of laughs and laid back banter at the same time: Owen came along with John Gannon (assisted on the day and has also worked alongside us both previously). It was like the dream team :D no end of chatter/tea drinking and egging one another on positively to help keep spirits high and the enthusiasm flowing.

I would always recommend this gent to other models: aside from the great humour etc. Owen is super respectful towards everyone involved on a photo shoot and appreciates the efforts of all very much. He gives superb direction as well as encouraging feedback as a model goes through their repertoire so between you there is a great rapport/bounce to get the best possible outcome from a set.

Everything about our shoot was a breeze; communications were on the ball from the initial contact, Owen even gathered a stupendous collection of outfits and accessories for the shoot which worked such a treat on the day. Cracking photographer turned amazing wardrobe stylist! :D The sets rolled smoothly from one to the next but by the end of the day it did feel like the 8 hours had just flown. No end of positive remarks to be said for this session; he was one on my first shoots of my Midlands tour and I couldn't have had a more productive buzz to kick it off: it's a pleasure working with Owen just to experience the execution of a set as he works like a champion to light an image with the utmost care and detail to give it that WOW factor.

I certainly look forward to working with him again the future! Thanks again Owen for a really lovely shoot. :)

I worked with the lovely Owen for the first time the other day on a recent tour of the area at John Gannons fantastic studio in Winsford and had such a great time! It was our first time working together and I am always a little nervous but needn't have been!

Owen is such a lovely person- you instantly feel comfortable in his company- he is very respectful, kind and considerate, I had a stinking cold on the day but he was charming and very patient whilst I was trying my very best to rock the shoot whilst high on painkillers and coffee! :)

Owens lighting and creativity in photography is so admirable- and such a welcome change from the norm. I wish every photographer I worked with was as experimental and adventureous as it made the shoot much more exciting and creative as a model! The results with the different lighting techniques Owen played about with on the day were outstanding and I loved the images! I also loved Owens work with the coloured gels and creating patterns and textures across the face.

The whole days shoot flew by- I wish I had been better, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself! John the studio owner at "Studio de Lumière" was on hand to assist Owen with lighting and was such a massive help. We had a great day full of banter and laughter and I loved it! If you get the chance to work with Owen grab it, such a lovely person and highly recommended to all, Helen x

Owen was lovely to work with, we shot last weekend in Cheshire.

We did a full day and still didn't have enough time, Owen had loads of ideas and we got some amazing images, Owen is professional and such fun to work with. He made sure I was happy and gave me lots of little breaks. I can't thank Owen enough for our shoot. I hope I get the chance to work with him again.

Mine and Owen first location shoot and despite his usual superhuman organising skills we almost didnt make it due to moody weather and torrential rain! It did stop raining enough for us to get some of his brilliant ideas realised, for which I am grateful. It was super windy and freezing but Owen still managed to create some beautiful shots, he is professional, knowledgeable, reassuring and really passionate about what he does. He really is an inspiring and extraordinary artist, he wants to go further and more outstanding every time, pushes himself hard and makes everyone around him want to work as hard and give their all. Love working with Owen and will always jump at any opportunity to make art with this wonderful madman :)))

I had my first shoot with Owen on Sunday for a full day at studio de lumierè.

Pre shoot comms were great and Owen had some awesomely cool ideas for our shoot! From space themed to baby oil it was all very well thought out and worked perfectly!

Owen is professional, friendly and polite, and absolute pleasure to work with and very patient and understanding.

I am extremely pleased with the pictures I have seen so far from the shoot and can highly recommend Owen to anyone : )

Had a really inspiring and epic shoot with Owen, he made sure I was taken care of throughout the day and was really friendly but also focused and determined to create outstanding shots we could both be proud of! A perfectionist and a really knowledgeable, talented photographer - stunningly creative and passionate. We both love all things theatrical and majestic so we worked really well together. I had a fantastic shoot with Owen a few weeks back !

I've not had much luck when it comes to getting a good photographer for my acting headshots.

They have never really seemed to capture the real me, however Owen did just that and hit the nail on the head !

I am overwhelmed with the final edits and very happy :) They have been received well in the acting world, and are definitely promoting me and showing me in the best of lights.

A big thank you for these wonderful images.

I highly recommend him !! he's also a very good host and made a lovely lunch along with being friendly and welcoming at his home studio.

I met Owen at a group shoot in Crewe. Owen is a great photographer, very friendly and enthusiastic about his work. It was a fantastically creative day and we all got some great shots. Owen was very professional and worked with the models effortlessly creating some stunning images, from the ones I have seen so far they are all of a very high quality. Owen came a came a very long way to do a kick boxing and cat woman shoot with me. Owen came on time with lots of equipment and ideas. He was friendly and chatty and happy to go along with my location ideas including climbing through fences. I sorry were weren't allowed to do all the sets we planned. The photos I have been sent to far are fabulous. I have never had so many likes and positive comments on facebook ,many from great photographers typical comments being Epic and awesome and Wow. I am so pleased with these and I would recommend working with Owen to anyone who seriously wants to improve their portfolio. Thanks Owen !!!!!!!!!!!

Owen and I worked together recently during a conceptual demo for Lencarta; and I can truly say, if there is anyone who can guarantee that a model has a whale of a time (even when she is being attacked with masses of flour!) - that is Owen. He is a wonderfully inspirational gent who fills the room with productive positivity, it was absolutely fabulous to be a part of his creative work which is done with the greatest level of articulate care.

Any model that is due to shoot with him will be treat with utter courtesy and respect, not to mention have a great deal of laughs along the way. That is Owens very nature, he is kind and very lovely to get on with which makes the day considerably more enjoyable.

We communicated prior to the shoot and he definitely gets a 5* rating for attention to detail. The informative spec in which he provided to nail the visual looks he had in mind were exceptionally helpful - attention to detail is very much signature to Owen. And the same goes for his fantastic skillful techniques at lighting the styles in which he demonstrated. :)

I very much look forward to working with Owen again sometime soon and he has an enormous, glowing recommendation from myself.

Worked with Owen a couple of weeks ago as part of a model day. Owen is polite, courteous and professional and arrived well organised with well thought out ideas for the shoot. Had a fun time shooting with him and his images really are top notch. Looking forward to working with Owen again.
