Book now for ONLY £70 for half a day (9.30-1.30 or 2-6pm) and £120 full day (10-6pm) Included is Use of 2 rooms of your choice per half a day, all Rooms inc dungeon

*Dungeon: Equipped with St Andrews cross, cage, stocks, Temptress Chair and spanking bench and Glory Hole. There is also a full length black photography backdrop in here.

*The Red Room: Luxurious and decadent, Extra large high super king size bed equipped with restraints. Very plush coordinated pillows, drapes and bedding. There are two additional sets in this room; red sofa, therefore could be used as a living room set and the little snug which has totally different decor, tub chairs, table and magazines this could be used as waiting area etc

*Cream Room: A touch of lavish luxury awaits you here. The perfect room for a sumptuous sexy boudoir shoot. A beautiful king size cream bed with all the luscious trimmings, bed side table, vintage full length mirror. Also in the room, very cosy classic cream arm chair and picture on the wall. This room shares its self with yet another set, the vintage dressing table and stool, elegant glass display shelving with lots of beautiful high heel shoes and classy accessories. Plus a cream two seater sofa with cushions. Therefore this room could be used for, living room, dressing room, bedroom and shoe fetish shoot.

*Black elegant bedroom, this is a beautiful stylish boudoir, with matching accessories.

*Massage Room: Equipped with a professional massage table and everything you need for that relaxing massage. Also at the other side is an area set up as a nail bar, including all accessories to make this set very believable.

Office: Perfect for any office role play, or filming, includes a beautifully crafted vintage desk with chair, including all the office accessorises, phone pc, classic golden desk lamp and window blinds. Office 2 Basic second office, including desk, chair, pedestal, laptop, phone and filing boxes.

*Living Room Extra Large window, sofa with throw, cream tub chair, table with magazines, cabinets, and large canvas pictures on the wall

*Café /reception space Four matching bistro style tables each with four chairs with table centrepieces.

*Empty/Messy Space We have successfully hosted many 'Messy' gunge and food shoots in this room and has worked incredibly well, there is plenty of room to get messy and lots of space for lightening and camera set up. I can also supply the protective covering, however you are responsible for making the room protected and responsible for the clean up after all the fun :o

We also offer kitchen facilities, including kettle, microwave, fridge freezer and toaster. A shower room is also available including toiletries.

A wonderful spacious terrace area awaits anyone visiting Scarlet House, ideal for smokers or simply for relaxing and chatting.

All rooms are also available for Photography, filming and fetish purposes. We also do hire the studio out for very selective private parties, message if you require more details. Amateurs and Pro's welcome. Within walking distance (5 minutes) from Derby Train station and equally as convenient to the city centre Car park round the corner, you can park directly at the door to unload too.
