The Cosplay Pixie

Johnathan is an excellent photographer, and his edits are always so, beautifuly cinematic.

He was, the first photographer I had worked with, which was when I got into cosplay shoots. Recently, we had a second shoot that went really well, and he showed up well on time as usual.

During both these shoots, he had helped me a lot with learning how to pose. He also, taught me my good and my bad angles. This has become very useful in other photoshoots I have had.

Jonathan has really boosted my confidence in modelling, and I would highly recommend him. In the future, I would love to continue working with him again.

This was my second time working with Jonathan and what a pleasure it is. We had already discussed and agreed on a location and theme for this shoot. However Jonathan always goes the extra mile in ensuring we are well prepared and even comes with poses in mind. Jonathan is very laid back and great with direction! Today I had my first shoot with Jonathan. He was friendly and imaginative from the get-go, and it was exceptionally easy to communicate and work out a mutual theme to go with the planned aesthetic. He was as happy to offer posing suggestions to work with the lighting as he was to let me pose myself, after having suggested a mood and general theme. Recommended to new and experienced models alike.

Aw where do I start?

Jonathan was fab for keeping in contact with me and my chaperone before the shoot and is great for finding quirky locations. He turned up bang on time and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed prior to the shoot.

He was well prepared, bringing along all sorts of fancy lighting tools, and his techniques worked really well. His experience really shows!

I would definitely recommend working with Jonathan, because he was patient with me when necessary and gave the best pointers where needed.

Totally want to shoot with him again!

Recently worked with Jonathan (Satin Dress Photography) at Harbour Studios. It was the first time we had worked together and I was more than comfortable in his presence.

I don’t usually shoot lingerie unless I have previously worked with the photographer and feel comfortable around them. However Jonathan made us feel really relaxed and comfortable. Giving me a great idea of the outcome he was trying to achieve and helped guide me along the way. It was my first hand experience where the photographer seemed very organised and knew what he wanted to achieve, which was refreshing.

I am more than pleased with the final results and the photos looked even better after editing.
