Sam and I shot on the bank holiday Monday at Lower Slaughter. The weather wasn't the best and we went back and fourth whether to proceed or rearrange, in the end we went for it as Sam wanted to get out with the camera and we had not had a catch up in a while. I am pleased we did, it was lovely to see Sam again and Lower Slaughter still looked beautiful.

The purpose of the shoot was to trial a technique to use different coloured gels to create temperature tones to the photos and also to create a fake sunset. We managed to experiment with this and Sam was pleased with the results.

We also shot a range of fashion based location images as well.

Sam and I always get on well, he is a nice guy, always courteous to me and we have a good laugh along the way. If I have a shoot booked in the calendar with Sam, I always look forward to it.

Absolutely recommend shooting with Sam. Thanks for a great afternoon Sam :) x

I had my first shoot with Sam, we arranged our shoot and ideas on social media! As l liked his work.

He kindly come over towards my location.

Sam is such a lovely patient guy, and made me feel completely at ease all through our shoot.

We did some tasteful Boudoir, and gels.

His photography is professional and talented, sams got fantastic imagination, brilliant ideas.

He knew, how to capture me,in the write light, and angles, to perfection.

Fantastic communication, we achieved some beautiful unique images.

A nice little shoot between Christmas and New Year with Sam at Alastair Currills Studio in Bourton. Sam booked me for two hours, to test out some low key boudoir ideas he had. Sam's great, he takes his time to get the right lighting and settings for good quality shots. Sam is open and always explains, what we are trying to achieve and how we get there. We get on very well and have a laugh along the way. Would definitely recommend Sam :) x

Another great shoot with Sam! This time at F8 Studio. Sam was practising his lighting techniques based on Hollywood Noir - a style always I love to shoot! Sam took his time to adjust the lighting to the right set up for this set, which is great for this style of shoot. Always a pleasure Sam, and would always recommend shooting with Sam to others :) x

Another fab shoot with the lovely Sam.

This time we shot on location near to where he lives shooting Autumnal fashion & portraits. We did, despite trying our best to avoid it get stuck in the rain during the latter part of the shoot but nevertheless still got some great images whilst making sure that neither of us were too cold (or damp!)

He's a pleasure to work with and puts out some really lovely work.

Would happily shoot together again in the future,

Wonderful hotel boudoir shoot with Sam. We know each other pretty well now (as you can see by multiple positive references) so shooting together was easy. The room we chose together online was absolutely stunning in a tudor style hotel. Sam arrived early on the day, was all checked in and organised. He also brought a range of suitable light set ups. All communications with Sam are excellent. Sam is creative and researches / creates mood boards before the shoot. I felt completely comfortable shooting in lingerie with Sam in the hotel, he was nothing but respectful! I've seen the unedited photos and they have came out really well - I will definitely be keen to share some on Purpleport. I would without a doubt recommend shooting with Sam, you will have a good time and create some strong images :) x

My second 1 on 1 shoot with Sam, we shot on location in my hometown shooting high speed sync fashion & portrait.

Despite having some travel issues (and the hot weather) we still managed to get a solid hour of shooting and got some really beautiful images in the process. Sam is a lovely guy with a clear passion for photography, is easy to work with and really pleasant to shoot with.

Looking forward to our next shoot!

Great lingerie and boudoir shoot with Sam yesterday back at Penguin Studios. Sam had some creative ideas he wanted to try and we shot them all. The shoot went at a good pace and I was definitely liking the back of camera images, as was Sam. We always get on super well and chat throughout the shoots. Sam is totally respectful at all times. One set is particular, really stood out with the out of the box thinking for the light set up! Can't wait to see those results. Sam is a great, genuine photographer to shoot with and I would highly recommend him to others :)

Sam and I tried light painting on Saturday. Sam was on time to the Studio and brought various light painting tools with him! Sam came full of ideas and practised light painting self Portraits before our shoot. He had great knowledge on the subject. The shoot was very experimental and trial and error for the different light painting techniques. We had alot of fun and got some very creative and funky results. Can't wait to share the final images and explore this theme more with Sam in the future. Great time as always Sam - thank you :) x

A wicked shoot with Sam on the 30th. We went for Boudoir at Penguin Studios. Sam was kind enough to give me a lift to the studio and helped me with my bag. He had researched poses and ideas prior to the shoot and referred to them to get some great poses. Sam is always considerate of the model and respectful. We always manage to have a bit of a joke and a laugh as well. Enjoyed this shoot in particular and seeing the end results very happy with the photos! They are very flattering! Thanks Sam. It was nice to see Sam on Saturday at the Pin Up Group Shoot. I always feel comfortable around Sam and we chat and get on well. As you can see from my references, we have shot a number of times and all the shoots have been great - expect one very rainy one ;)

Sam was completely respectful as always at the shoot both to myself and other photographers there. He chatted to them too which is great. I am looking forward to seeing the results from the last two shoots as we normally achieve some great pics together. Thank you for coming to the shoot Sam! :)

Another fab shoot with Sam. On location at some ruins I knew. Sam was kind enough to pick me up and we drove to the location together. Sam is always chatty, friendly and a genuine guy to work with. I have always found him easy to get on with. The ruins worked really well as a location for us and after seeing back of camera, I am confident we got some good shots. Sam is creative and can see good angles and spots to shoot in. We bounced off each other ideas wise alot on this shoot and can't wait to see the results. I would definitely recommend Sam to other models. Thanks for a great afternoon Sam :) x

I worked with the lovely Sam at TBG studio in Newmarket!

Sam is great to work with, very professional and made me feel very at ease and comfortable. Conversation flowed really well and we got some fab images. I’ve already seen one great edit and can’t wait to see the rest.

I would love to work with Sam again and definitely have no hesitation in recommending him. He kindly drove me all the way back to my location which was so kind!

A Fab shoot with Sam on Monday at the Lavender Fields. We swapped days last minute which worked well as we had much better weather. Sam's pre comms are always good and he is reliable. Sam is chatty on a shoot which I always like and he comes with a certain look / concept in his head which is good as we have something to work from. The Lavender and daisy fields did not let us down and it was easy to think of different poses between us :)

Sam was also kind enough to pick me up and drop me back to my village which I really appreciated. He is always respectful and trustworthy and I feel like we know each other pretty well now after a few shoots this is normally reflected in our images as they keep getting stronger. I saw back of camera and very excited to see the finished results which Sam is always happy to share with me. Really enjoyed the 3 hours Sam - thank you very much for a great shoot :)

I had a short and sweet shoot with Sam today. Was nice to see him again after lockdown and found Sam as easy as ever to get on with. Unfortunately heavy rain called our shoot off early today but I am hoping in the time we had, Sam managed to explore a couple of the ideas and light set ups he wanted to try. I am keen to see the results of the infra shots we tried in particular. Looking to shoot with Sam again in the future when the weather is on our side! Thank you for today Sam :) x

Sam and I booked our first studio shoot just before lockdown. Sam and I have worked together a couple times on location so knew each other well when we shot in Studio. Sam had some retro poses and concepts / styles he wanted to try. We chatted via social media and arranged the shoot and brain stormed poses. Communication was great between Sam and I. Sam was well organised and like usual very relaxed on the shoot. The shoot flowed well. We then went onto try more noir portrait styles which I enjoyed as this was a nice challenge - loved one shot in particular we got! Sam is a friendly and respectful Photographer - I would always recommend him to other models :)

Another great shoot with Sam! Our second location shoot - this time in Broadway. Sam is a nice down to earth guy who is easy to shoot with. He is reliable and professional throughout the shoot and I always feel comfortable working with him. We had a nice wander around Broadway and found several good location spots. Sam is also open to my ideas as well as his own concepts. I can't wait to see some of the Autumnal shots we got! And had fun shooting them :)

I had my first one on one shoot with Sam the other day, and it went really well.

We've shoot a few times previously at workshops so it was nice to be able to get to know eachother better and create and achieve something specific that we both had in mind.

We experimented with portraits using UV Light and make-up; Sam was very prepared and knew what he wanted and how to achieve it, I was really impressed with the results.

He's a lovely person with a passion for photography and great to work with.

Would definitely work with him again in the future, highly recommended!

He arrived on time and came prepared with great ideas in mind. He is very professional and so kind and just lovely in general, always making sure I’m happy and comfortable throughout the shoot. I felt comfortable from start to finish. Also the photos looked great! Highly recommended :) x

A great first shoot with Sam on Tuesday! We met at an Arboretum close to me, Sam was on time, welcoming and organised. We wandered into the Arboretum and started off by taking portraits on an old tree trunk bench. We then began chatting and getting to know one another as we discussed ideas for the shoot. Next we went onto find some nice Autumnal colours to shoot against. As the shoot went on, the images and ideas between us flowed more and more and we shot a range of images in different Autumnal settings. Sam was always 100% respectful of me and professional the whole time. We also had the odd joke too which was nice!

Sam and I have already booked another shoot for later in October as Sam develops his model portfolio. I would of course therefore recommend him to other models :) x
