Twisted Edge Photography

Well...there is only one Jim, some might say thats a good thing...BUT adore working with him on the Twisted Edge shoot days, never a dull moment, always a great laugh and, the models love working with him, and he can even take a pretty decent picture, so whats not to be happy about with that. But seriously, absolutely recommended and looking forward to working with again.

I was introduced to Jim at a Networking Event in Wolverhampton - We didn't have much time together as I had other commitments for the first half of the shoot and Jim had other commitments for the second half but he managed to squeeze in some time with me before he left! In the short time we spent shooting Jim made me feel at ease, He was professional in every way but also friendly and interesting to talk to. He knew exactly what shot he wanted and how to capture it and I'm happy with the images I've viewed since. Hopefully one day we will shoot again!

He is great at giving direction and listened to my ideas, guided me through it and in the process had a good old laugh. I had the pleasure of working with Jim on a group shoot in Stoke-on-Trent a couple of days ago and I can't recommend him highly enough. Absolute pro in his field with an eye for detail - lighting, posing, composition, everything. For the little time we've had, we snapped some amazing photos which I'm going through now and having a difficult time picking a few to be edited. I was fortunate enough to model for a charity modelling event Jim put together to support a hospice.

Pre communication was effective before the shoot. Jim communicated the setup, timings, location and what was the expectation was.

On the day of the shoot, directions, parking and food and drinks were thought about. It felt really amazing to be part of such an amazing cause and Jim put it all together!

Jim has an awesome personality and very funny too.

I would recommend and would definitely be part of another charity event!

I recently had my 4th shoot and 3rd solo shoot with Jim and it was a joy and a pleasure as always.

I love working with Jim, his images are amazing, he has brilliant vision and we always have so much fun.

Preshoot we discussed a theme, location and shared ideas.

On the day of the shoot Jim arrived early armed with lots of props so we could get plenty of varied images.

He gave good direction but was also interested in my input and if there were any shots I wanted to try.

We are already planning to work together soon.

Had a second shoot with Saltire Photography yesterday and that in itself speaks VOLUMES!

Another great shoot, completely different photography style this time- which I love! So the images will be different to our last shoot
