Rosie Loki

Thank you for visiting my page, my name is Rosie and I am a very keen and enthusiastic person. I have a good few of years experience in modelling, and as you can tell from my images I am very theatrical with many looks, cosplay and fancy dress costumes and usually, wild and/or un-styled hair. My clothing style isn't generic and I love experimenting with outfits, wigs, make-up, clothes etc.

When I first made my port I was saddened at the lack of "proper" cosplay photography, instead models opt for posing in suggestive ways and provocative alterations of the character's famous outfits. Which is alright for some, but not for me. I enjoy subverting cosplay images but not overly sexualizing them. I have made a photo album below dedicated to each and every of the characters I embody.

As of 2018, I have started to collect my own props. Please feel free to ask for photos of them. Most of which are Marvel and/or sci-fi themed. Aside from nerding out at cons and shoots in costume, I am also an avid yoga devotee. Please feel free to ask me to do a yoga pose during one of our shoots. Or even booking me to practice a little yoga for you to shoot, as I am toned, very flexible and athletic. Just an idea. Please make sure the venue/studio is warm for a yoga practice, though.

Over ten years ago, I was a model for the Clay Cross Photographic Society in 2009 and I've been doing it on and off ever since.

I am vegan. I will not pose in real fur or wool. I have a traditional "English Rose" look. 

I do not shoot in the mornings unless it is for something iconic i.e morning dew/the sunrise etc. Such shoots will need to be deeply discussed beforehand. I suffer from insomnia and as Tara Banks says "the best thing in your makeup bag is a good night's sleep."

If you are local, then I am happy if you just help cover my travel &/or food/drink if shooting TFP. Please feed me, I'm human. I get hungry. Otherwise please pm me for rates. 

I will mention when I'm menstruating. It is a health condition just like colds or flu or diabetes. You'd be upfront with any of the above so I do not see why I should not be with a condition that concerns my reproductive organs.

Travel: I would need to be reimbursed for travel costs. Please note that I don't drive or have a car so I may need picking up or extra expenses for a taxi. Minimum booking of an hour when shooting at my location. I do not have a rail card.

Piercings: only the ears. No other body modifications.

As of 2020 I am published in Jaded magazine in Volume 1 No.2, Book 3.
