So, the main story- very happy to recommend working with Rob.

I worked with Rob on my studio day at Crondall and it was great, a pleasant and interesting shoot where he was happy to be experimental about trying new things, very modest about his abilities, and completely respectful and professional in the way he did everything.

I had a short hour slot with Rob at the Hotel de Vie the next week, and although shoot time is very limited in these circumstances due to moving and setting up between rooms we got some great commercial shots because I felt very comfortable with Rob and the genre and knew what to expect in advance due to good communications on his part.

In summary:

Personally- genuine, warm, pleasant, considerate, easy to get along with and felt comfortable very quickly.

Photographically- interested in trying a variety of ideas and competent at achieving them, not surprised that his portfolio is looking, I swear he got better within the space of a week even as his confidence grew- a natural!

Had a lovely shoot with Rob today - his first in the UK since moving back.

He admits that he's new-ish to model photography but is modest as most definetely already creates wonderful images and knows how to communicate with the model and make the most of the surroundings / lighting etc. Highly recommended
