I worked with the wonderful Richard again recently! This time on a very special maternity shoot at my home studio "Heavenly Bodies studio"⭐

Richard is such a pleasure to work with; respectful, kind, professional and a joy to be creative with! He is such a cool, calm spirit and a wonderful man who we are blessed to call a friend. I've lost count of how many times we have shot together now over 12 plus years- LOTS! :)

We explored a wide range of fashion, sheer, art nude and using a different array of fabrics to showcase the "bump" and I greatly enjoyed the shoot! We achieved so many beautiful photos in the time we had together and I really look forward to the uploads! Some of the photos Richard captured were my absolute favourite and it was great fun to experiment with lighting, smoke and gels!

Its been a pleasure to have known and worked with Richard over 12 plus years (!) and I always look forward to our shoots together.

I really hope to get the opportunity to work together again in the future and can highly recommend Richard to all models and creatives! Thankyou for a lovely day! :) Helen x🌹

RLux was my second to last shoot during my stay in Northamptonshire… and what a great time I had!

I don’t know where to begin! I had such a fantastic time shooting. We tried many different cool ideas, collaborating on them and trying to perfect the poses. He used different types of lenses, which meant we got so many different versions of the pictures, each depicted in a different, but cool way.

I am stunned by the outcome and would be delighted to shoot again!

I’ve shot with Richard many times but never at waterfalls so I was delighted when he suggested this for our next adventure.

We had great weather and despite the area being very busy we still managed to get a good variety of art nude, sheer and fashion shots.

I find it extremely easy to shoot with Richard as we are always working off the same page. We enjoy the same looks and experimenting with creative lenses. Richard is courteous, kind, considerate and very good company.

His images speak for themselves and I’m always excited to see what he will come up with!

Working with Richard is an absolute joy!

We had our second shoot yesterday and it was an absolute dream. After feeling a little rusty after being away working festivals for most of the summer so far and not shooting so much, I felt truly lucky that one of my first shoots back was with a real creatively passionate and down to earth artist. It was a truly idyllic day!

We spent four hours shooting gorgeous ethereality around two of my favourite locations and with ideas flowing back and forth and a lovely creative atmosphere cultivated easily, we could have spent all day doing so. Richards artistic eye is fantastic and I was blown away by his ideas, utilisation of the surroundings, creation of narrative, management of the light and not to mention the stunningly otherwordly in camera effects he creates. Every single back of the camera shot looked incredible.

I feel honoured to work with Richard and if you get an opportunity to do so aswell I highly recommend it!

INFINITY Model

Had a great first shoot with Richard during my studio day at Heavenly Bodies studio.

Upon our meeting, Richard was friendly, kind and professional. Once we started shooting, it became apparent that Richard is passionate about his art and truly enjoys it, not only that, he's highly creative and skilled at it!

Richard took some truly beautiful shots during our 2 hours together, he captured some soft, sensual and artistic images that I am proud of and I can't wait to see more of them! It was a very productive and enjoyable shoot which let me explore my creativity and get into a flow of poses.

I can highly recommend him without doubt and look forward to working together again in the future.

As my friend kitty said below Richard booked us together as part of our tour to Gloucester. He brought along materials and other bits and we just got creative and messed about. All three of us were coming up with great ideas and I am in love with the images I have seen posted so far. It was a really fun shoot and I would definitely recommend Rlux.

Richard booked me and Bobbi for a 4 hour shoot on our duo tour. For me personally, it was my first time working with him.

Immediately I could see that Richard is not just a photographer, but a visionary.

He creates art, he thinks about the story in the image, rather than just the technical picture. But then he has the technical know how too!

With an openess to collaboration in ideas, wonderful concepts of his own and provided materials, we shot some truly unique images. In my 16+ years of modelling, those words are so rare to say and yet we did. I've seen nothing like it, I was blown away.

I'll end this on a quote, "Ive always wanted to take pictures like these" - a quote myself and Bobbi whole heartedly agreed with.

Working with Richard today for the first time was an absolute joy!

I had admired his work for a while and was honoured when he contacted me for a shoot. I knew our creative preferences for the obscure and ethereal were aligned, and this really came to fruition and flourished throughout the shoot.

Richard kindly picked me up from home and we headed to our destination. He was ever so patient with me leading him up steep uphill climbs in the rain and had a wonderfully upbeat and friendly attitude that never wavered! I found him a real delight to shoot with, conversation flowed easily and creative input bounced back and forth. He was happy leaving me to pose freely but also gave helpful direction and let me know whenever angles/crops were changing so I could adjust accordingly.

We got some really gorgeous imagery and I was blown away by the back of the camera shots. Richard has a keen artistic eye, utilising the mist and generally difficult conditions to our advantage, alongside his range of interesting lenses meant each image was captured with a truly beautiful otherworldly aesthetic.

Even with the challenging conditions today in the mist and rain we had an awesome afternoon. I am truly invigorated by how lovely our first shoot was and I'm so pleased we're already planning our second.

I wholeheartedly recommend Richard to all models, thanks again and I can't wait til the next time! 😊

I had a fabulous and highly productive shoot with Richard at Heavenly Bodies Studio.

We covered a wide range of looks from classic art nude to lingerie and fashion - all with a vintage or retro feel.

I love that Richard gets me as a model and knows how to interpret my style of modelling and the looks I’m putting together for him. It’s very satisfying to see all my prep being put to good use and to create sensational images.

As always Richard brought his artistic lenses so we were able to get different effects in terms of light, colours and textures. He also worked really hard to change up the angles and perspectives.

I know I’ve said it before but the time really did fly by!! Also we always seems to develop our creativity in a way that we come up with something new and different to what we have previously done.

I can’t thank Richard enough for a very enjoyable shoot. Until next time!

I had the pleasure of working with Richard again recently during the Kink Event Weekend organised by myself, Caitlyn J & J Black Photographic and from the initial contact through to the shoot itself, Richard was a pleasure to communicate with. He's clear and concise in his messages, giving a brief idea of what he was hoping to achieve but mostly happy to go with the flow.

Richard was very accommodating with a last minute venue change and adapted to it well. His attention to detail was exquisite and he really made full use of the Dungeon we were shooting in.

Throughout the shoot i felt comfortable around him and conversation easily flowed. Richard was polite and professional, and was very happy to run around the Dungeon wherever our ideas took us. He made good styling suggestions and was very easy to work with.

We captured some truly stunning images and I can't wait to see his final edits.

Richard took part in the Kink Event Weekend hosted by Caitlyn, Angel and myself and was lovely to work with. I was providing lighting support throughout the weekend and Richard was more than happy for me to light the set, offering his own suggestions as well so he got a good variety of images.

He was polite and professional with the models and conversation easily flowed between us all. Richard was also great with a last minute venue change and took it in his stride.

The back of camera shots looked great and the edits I've seen since look amazing. It was great to work alongside you Richard!

Wow what a fabulously creative shoot! We where working at my photographer friends house but we created images that look like they were taken in a dream! These are some of my absolute favourites of all time. I really enjoyed shooting with Richard and can’t wait to work with him again. I would definitely recommend him.

I’ve had the pleasure to shoot with Richard so many times, but we always manage to find new inspiration and yet unexplored locations.

This time we explored some urban graffiti spots near where I live, which proved quite exciting as we found some great gems in terms of location. We had a an extremely productive and enjoyable shoot and Richard captured some beautiful and atmospheric images.

I was impressed with how much we achieved in the 2 hours and as usual, time flew by in Richard’s company.

It’s also great to see how successful Richard has been in getting his works recognised in exhibitions internationally, working together is a privilege.

Richard was my first slot on the first of one of my studio days at inspire studios, I really enjoyed working with him!

Precomms were perfect, he arrived and finished on time.

We shot different kinds of art nude and beautiful images with coloured fabrics provided by him, using different lightning set ups, natural light and manual lenses. I really liked the creative way he works and appreciated very much that he gave me breaks since it was very cold at the beginning of the day.

Hope we can work again in the future next year, thanks again!

I was delighted to work with Richard ! His communications where professional both before and during our shoot. He is very calm and ordered when working, taking time to check images as we moved along and giving me chance to give feed back so we could agree to get the best of images. His is style was perfect for me and I adored what he created with his array of interesting lenses. I felt we where on the same page with styling and content and found the whole experience very comfortable. I carnt wait to see the rest of the images with his painterly approach. He is easy to work with and can communicate what he wants efficiently; whilst also allowing the models to flow through their own ideas. Had such an awesome shoot with the wonderful RLux during a recent modelling tour to Gloucester. While I was hosted by Dave on a recent modelling tour.

We started with some fabulous shots in the garden and the natural light was just beautiful. I loved the shots with the flowers. Richard is so good at framing as has the most awesome camera lenses that create such cool effects. He really knows his stuff with natural light shots too. We also smashed the indoor shots as well. We had a good chat and a shoot as time fly by far too quickly.

110% recommended!! Would love to shoot with Richard again in the future.

What a fab day I had at Rawpics studio with Richard. He is such a lovely guy, really easy to get along with, and so creative! I was so excited to get the chance to spend some time with him working with a photographer like this the time flies by as you really feel like you are you are creating artwork from what I have seen so far the pictures are truly excellent and I really hope that I get the chance to work with Richard again as he is so incredibly talented. He comes highly recommended by me and I look forward to working with him again.

Had the most magical shoot with Richard in the Mendips on a drizzly and unpredictable summer’s day. As always we made maximum use of the location and conditions - working extremely well together as a team.

I really enjoy working with Richard and he is one of a few people who I’m now focusing on shooting with as I really enjoy his company and am always blown away by the images.

Richard is a real creative and also has an excellent technical understanding of photography - experimenting with creative lenses and different ideas and concepts.

I had a really lovey springtime shoot with Richard today, and like all of our previous shoots together, it was a photographic adventure!

I’m very privileged to live nearby to Richard so we’ve had the opportunity to build an enjoyable and productive photographic partnership. I love his creative and experimental approach to shoots, and it’s a pleasure to put together looks that I think will compliment his style.

We shot around a stunning Forest of Dean heathland and captured some beautiful springtime colours and textures. We worked through a range of looks in a variety of settings and as always the time whizzed by!

As always I can’t wait to see the images and have no doubt that we will have some more competition wins and exhibition entries!
