Well, how much gush do you want from one reference?! I took up Richard’s offer of a shoot on Fuerteventura and it was the best decision I’ve made in my short modelling life. I just had a good gut feeling from the start so getting on a plane on my own to shoot for two days with Richard and Ali was an offer I couldn’t refuse. I learnt so much, gained so much and was blown away by their generosity and support. I felt like I had personal tour guides and have some gorgeous images on top of the amazing experience. I probably was a bit like a rabbit in headlights and wasn’t tan ready BUT the results prove how relentless they were to get some great shots. They are such a team and I was also lucky enough to pose with Ali so I couldn’t ask for anymore. The island dictated so we had to go with the moment, adapt and think quickly. It made me let go of my usual control and trust the people I was with and that felt like a huge achievement. Summer 2023 will be a special one for me as it really was a baptism of fire. Richard has such a fun way of shooting that it would have been impossible not to enjoy it but it still needs to be said, awesome photographer, awesome people and the most beautiful mono edits. I hope to catch up in the UK and do a more land based shoot with Richard but we will be certainly hooking up for wine and a catch up! Recommend wholeheartedly ❤️

Had a quickie with Richard during the model led spring weekender at the Studland, we embraced a stunning hallway of light, he asked me for some quirky funky fashion-esque poses... so I wiggled about and he snapped some shots... then voila magic was created :)

He makes a cracking omelette too ... ;)

Richard and I have crossed paths on many occasions but he has always declined to shoot me (something I was starting to take personally due to his 'If it moves, I'll shoot it. If it doesn't move, I'll shoot it.' profile notes!), so when we both found ourselves with some free time at the most recent Studland Weekender, I bullied him into 10 minutes in the sunshine with me. Richard is a better photographer than he goes himself credit for and has a good understanding of styling and light, as well as a wonderful sense of humour and ability to put others at ease. I really like the image he's uploaded and hope to see some more in future. My persistence was worth it and I'd be delighted to work with Richard again, and would highly recommend him to others.

Natural Happy Woman

OMG working with Richard was SO great!

Personally:I felt like I already knew him because we have a dear friend in common and interact online and he was just as lovely in the flesh as I'd expected.

He made me laugh so hard!! It was like having fun with a great friend you've known for years and I felt so at ease.

Richard bought amazing classy props to the shoot; gorgeous fully fashioned nylons and Jimmy Choos...and captured me wonderfully..

Richard works in a fluid relaxed way and we effortlessly collaborated together to get the shots.

Richard was my photographer for my first body paint shoot with the lovely artist Laura Draycon last weekend. He was really patient and while Laura was busy painting me he went off to scout location and brought back supplies for us. Love working with Richard and 100% recommend working with him if you get the chance. Can't wait till out next time.

So happy with the images, and Richard couldn’t have been easier to work with. He allowed me to get creative with the makeup and wig styling, which I’m sure any makeup artist will tell you, is a real treat. Can’t wait for next time!

Hilarity ensued when I shot with Richard ;) I don't know how he managed to get any decent shots of me as we were giggling so much! Pre comms were easy, to the point (wanna shoot/bring catsuit/will provide cat food) Ive known RHM for a while but somehow not got in front of his lens thingy ;0 so we amended that swiftly and I'm so glad we did, such a fab chap both behind the camera and without it, highly recommended to all models and just cool people in general, he should be hired out for parties and events ;) Much kitty love for the Richard

I was so happy that Richard approached me to work together for a few hours at the recent studland weekender. I was a little nervous (I always am when working with people I've not worked with before but I do hide it well :) ), but I needn't have worried though, within seconds of meeting him the day before our shoot he put me at great ease. Richard has a fab sense of humour, he's really down to earth & made me feel very comfortable and produces superb work! I wasn't 100% well during last weekend and both he and another photographer put me first and let me know it would be ok to postpone...but I wasn't going to do that and I'm so glad I didn't as he was a complete joy to work with.

I highly recommend Richard without any hesitation whatsoever and I seriously hope I get the opportunity to work with him again.

I've known Richard for a good while but never had the opportunity to work with him, the moons failing to align and all that. Thankfully we took advantage of a recent supermoon to get our heads together for a fab shooting session at the latest Studland weekend!

Richard has quickly become one of my favourite folks to work with. He has a solid image in his head of what he wants to shoot before he picks up the camera, and is keen to get everything right in the frame – this means great direction, fab feedback and a clear idea of what you're actually working towards. All the things a model wants to hear!

He's an absolute scream to work with and is positively unflappable – even when all the other photographers put their triggers on the same channel just to set off his lights when he's not ready, and even when a certain model leaves his Batman boxer shorts in the background of a shot :-)

Highest recommendation to work with this fellow, and I sincerely hope I get to do so again soon!

Had a short, yet wonderful latex shoot with Richard in Fuerteventura!

Richard is such a pleasure to work with: So laid back with a wicked sense of humour, has a great eye for what looks good and works very quickly and efficiently, being aware that I was quite literally sweating my arse off!! I really appreciated that!!

The results from our shoot are amazing. Very cool and atmospheric!

Highly recommend and I hope that we get to work together again. :-)

Any shoot weekend that includes Eurovision, is a good shoot weekend! Richard came to stay with us (while Lance was shooting with Ali) and it seemed rude not to finally shoot together! Richard knows what styles he likes and shoots very efficiently. We didn't shoot for very long, but got loads of great, atmospheric pictures. Richard is easy-going and gives great directions - I'm definitely looking forward to working with him again in future! Highly recommended.

Didn't shoot with Richard, but he looked after me for a couple of days as I was there for a shoot with Ali Brooks.... he wined and dined me, provided me with a bed for the night.... he even taught me how to blend in with the locals... how to talk like them and not stand out! :P

I got to shoot with this lovely gentleman recently at London Photographic studio, a short but sweet shoot!

He is a genuinely fabulous individual who is full of amazing ideas and knows how to set up the scenes and lighting to create the most flattering of effects - his way with the camera is wonderful, directing beautifully and most importantly, making me feel completely at ease with his fantastic sense of humour!

Richard is so very recommended by myself, he is such fun to work with and I really hope.to work with this amazing photographer again soon =)

I did a shoot with Richard recently on one of my regular trips to London.

He kindly let me stay at his lovely home and I instantly felt at ease, comfortable & well looked after.

I attended his & Ali's social in the evening and the next day we travelled to a near by studio.

He is easy going, talkative with a great sense of humour.

Richard gives direction when he wants a certain image but also doesn't mind allowing you to do your own thing.

He is the only photographer who had a pair of shoes that actually fit me on a shoot, being a size 3.

He is a complete gentleman and very respectful throughout the shoot.

Highly recommend.
