Welcome to my small corner of PurplePort and thank you for looking in . My name is Richard and I live in a very photogenic part of the country not far from Stroud, Cheltenham and Gloucester. Forever passionate about photography, I enjoy taking all genres of picture but, in particular I love photographing people. As ever, I strive to get the best out of my subjects, seeking greater challenge and inspiration in my ambition of achieving beautiful and/or outstanding images.
During shoots, I work to an agreed plan that aims to get as much variety as I think possible in the time available. However, I'm easy-going and get on well with those I work with. Safety and personal respect for each other are paramount at all times.
I enjoy working with models who are enthusiastic in what they do and who are prepared to offer ideas on how the session can be more adventurous or creative. I generally prefer to select my models but I also welcome suitable proposals for collaboration on a TF or shared cost basis. If you are interested in either of these, please drop me a line.
