Had a very enjoyable shoot with Stu last month at his home studio & I can't wait to do it all again.

He was very welcoming and laid back, we achieved amazing result's by the end.

Communication was excellent before and during the shoot.

He is genuine, professional with a good sense of humor.

I felt really relaxed & at ease. Good direction whilst also listening to my input too.

Recommend 100%. Hope we get the chance to work together again soon :-)

Stu is one of my favourite photographers to work with , we get on great and the shoot is always comfortable and we always have a laugh and banter.

I approached (pestered) Stu about a shoot pretty much as soon as I became a member of Purpleport because I really loved his work and his style. After pitching a couple of ideas to him he came back to me with an amazing brief and I was happy to be shooting such a personal storyboard under his direction.

He arranged to hire wardrobe for me which was perfect for the brief and was very patient between changes.

Stu is just a really lovely guy who just happens to be an absolutely cracking photographer.

Would certainly recommend him to anyone & would love to work with him again in the future.

Can't believe I hadn't left Stu a ref yet! What can I say.....During my Wales tour had the wonderful pleasure of being hosted by the lovely Stu at his home. He was very warm and welcoming, very easy to get on with you feel comfortable around him immediately. He was very kind to let me stay over at his place and use his home studio for shoots during my stay. I also had the pleasure of working with Stu and we had a good laugh, shoot was amazing and bot have you seen the images AWESOME!!!!!!! Will most definitely and glad recommend him to all and will be very happy to work with him again.

Having conversed/bantered over the forums for sometime I wanted to work with Stu but work schedules & distance made me think it wasn't probably going to happen... so I jumped at the chance to work with Stu when he advertised a casting for his time in London :)

Enthusiastic, good humour, chatty and positive - we had a really good shoot & it was like catching up with a mate. He has lots of ideas & discussed what we wanted leading up to the day & was receptive & happy to listen to any suggestion I came up with too. We worked really well together & are already discussing ideas for the next shoot, I might even get to work with Mr Darkside...

I had a really cool shoot With Stu on Saturday, Stu is a really friendly, very hospitable, creative and great guy, with lots of character

He's got an awesome studio at his home, where the magic happens, we worked thought lots of cool, creative and mind blowing ideas :-)

The images that were being captured, even from looking at them from behind the camera, were fantastic, Stu is a perfectionist, so he'll keep going until the image is spot on and then some :-)

Stu is highly recommended by me :-)

He is one of the few people I have met that I really click with... I love working with him, we always manage to produce something that makes me go WOW!!!!!!

So, I managed to con myseld into shooting with this wodnerful, sexy man once again, working along with with VanEyke on a collaboration project, to create a themed shoot based around a story.

As always, Stu was incredibly well prepared, full of enthusiasm and good humor, and we all came away from the shoot with some superb results and something very unique for us all, all as models and photographers, a really fantastic day and awesome location.

An absolute pleasure to work with and highly recommended.

Had an awesome shoot with Stuart and Chris in Bristol last month. These two guys together are just dynamite and I ended up in explosions of laughter's. I'm actually surprised Stuart managed to get some images out of me where I didn't look like the joker :)

Stuart is an absolute ace bloke to work with and massive fun. Brilliant photographer, great tutor and top bloke. He knows how to give directions or small corrections to a pose, produces amazing images and is an absolute gentleman. He is an absolute MUST to work with. Thanks for an awesome shoot . :) x

This is my second shoot with Stu, He is a fantastic photographer and a great guy, his personality makes you feel at ease and its great to be able to have a laugh with him, he has also got great ideas that he can pull off brilliantly. I would definitely recommend Stu any day of the week. Just top bloke..will definitely be working with him again :)

Stu is lovely!

Had about three hours with him today at his home studio and I really think we got some great stuff - it was so great to be experimental, to work with someone with a strong idea of what they wanted but also open to new ideas, even when they seem a bit silly.

On top of this Stu is a top bloke - easygoing company and funny but also terribly worried about the safety of his models, hehe.

Thanks Stu, can't wait to see pictures :)

My shoot with Stuart on Saturday was perfect. He is an inspiring person to talk to which is great for relaxing into roles and feeling comfortable to collaborate in it's truest sense. It was easy to get over the shyness sharing you ideas with a stranger thanks to his warmth and easy going attitude.

We each came to the shoot with possibly slightly different ideas on what we wanted and through good clear and honest communication I think we both got the shots we were hoping for.

I am so pleased with the images we have produced, Stuart has been very intuitive about the look I was hoping for and I can honestly say I was blown away by the quality and artistry of the shots. He worked with great efficacy and obvious skill through out our shoot, which is fortunate as otherwise I would have become a Popsicle in the freezing water :)

Thank you for a wonderful day and it's sparkling results Stuart and I hope we will get the opportunity to work together again in the future.

I highly recommend Stuart as a photographer for models of all skill levels as he is a lovely person and a highly talented and professional photographer.

Eeek I can already see a couple of Stuarts amazing shots from our shoot on his page and what a privalige :) Stu is a really great guy! Very professional! very welcoming into his own home which he has his own home studio and plenty of tea and coffee ;) :) this guy is all round great!! His works amazing! and his imagination is fantastic! Ceri Vale booked and arranged a shoot with me and then coming closer to our shoot date he told me he had organised a great studio location and team = another photographer (Stu himself at Stu's home studio) another model Renay Wright and m.u.a Cartin Carranza. What a fantastic team!!! I loved every second of our shoot! The only downer I could possibly add is how fast the time flew! I'd love to work with Stu 1 on 1 and I would certainly highly recommend him. I can't wait to shoot again and see more images from our shoot. Thankyou Stu!! :) x

Stuart kingly opened up his home to me whilst I was touring the Cardiff area :) He and his lovely wife even drove me to the train station for my shoots :) His ground floor flat that I stayed in whilst there is awesome and he made me feel right at home :) Stuart even let me use his place to shoot at. I would love to stay again and would recommend him to other models :)

I shot with Stuart on the Sunday on location and at his home studio. We did some high key shots at his studio with an awesome prop Stuart had. I sure had fun with that. I think we got some brilliant photos and would be happy to shoot with him again :) Thanks again for the awesome photos and for letting me stay at your wonderful home.

Stuart is just amazing, this was our fourth time shooting together. I had come up with a slightly wacky concept, and Stuart took it on and put his own spin on it, which I love.

I highly recommend Stu. He makes me feel so calm and comfortable everytime we shoot.

He even left his house at around 4am (Technically 3am as the clocks changed) to start shooting at 6am :)

Such a star!

We will definitely work together again!

What can I say, one of my absolute favourite photographers to work with, and he never ever leaves me disappointed.

Stu is warm, friendly, and an incredibly comfortable person to be around.

He gives great direction, and always has plenty to chat about to make you feel at ease.

We got some absolutely AMAZING shots, and he really brought me out of my shell for more expression work and lots of other fab stuff!

Can't wait to see the results, and will certainly be working with Stu again in the very near future, whether he likes it or not! ;)

Stu attended one of my advanced lighting courses last weekend. I knew from meeting him at the Gloucester Social that he would be a lot of fun to have along at the course. He was polite and respectful to Julie ( our model ), failed to make me any coffee despite repeated hints and made fun of my camera. Despite this I would have no hesitation recommending Stu to anyone, he was great fun and really added to the course atmosphere. He only forgot to take the lens cap off once as well:) Thanks for coming along Stu:)
