Rachel was utterly amazing. She had great pre-comms and it was really easy to translate the look to her. The whole experience was such a joy, she was an extremely lovely person with an uplifting attitude. The finished look was incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the products and happy with the look. She even did my hair for me and that too looked lovely. I'd certainly recommend her to anyone.
