Every time I proposed “me with a flute in front of the venerable skin of modernism” to photographers they would look at me as if I had skipped over some fairly crucial plot details. Not Richard, obviously! I can’t thank him enough for proposing we work together and bringing all his skill and attention and creativity to the shoot. Together we created what is still my absolute favourite photograph of me, the one when I'm all tangled up in the tree roots. Can’t wait to work with him again on something completely different!

Rich is a great guy to shoot with, he attended alongside another photographer for a shoot that was quite different to what I’m used but everyone had an enjoyable time. Rich was extremely helpful throughout the shoot and I was always comfortable and at ease with him. He even kindly dropped me off at home which was appreciated. Look forward to another great shoot in the near future and I’m more than happy to recommend Rich.

Rich and I go way back, back as far as Nam. His bravery and selflessness has saved me from a fate worse than death. From catching bullets with his teeth and deflecting shrapnel with his breath whilst still holding a 35mm camera has saved me on the front line countless times.

I must admit his photo journalistic methods in Nam where controversial and heavily criticized - well anyone using a Henry hoover, Swarfega and coffee for a live colonic for his artistic impression of ‘hate & dreams’ photographs has to be without doubt shows ‘he’s a man that gets the job done!’

If you ever get chance to work with the legend that invented the method of folding over the page in the corner instead of using a bookmark, do so!

RB Photo joined us at JFYP Studio for one of our group shoots and fitted in very well, getting along with everyone there on the day and keen to experiment with his photography. Hopefully we will see you again at the studio where you will be most welcome.

RB came along to a group shoot at JFYP Studio today which I had the pleasure of modelling for.

He was really easy to get along with and happy to go with the flow of the day. We got through several sets ranging from fashion to art nude.

I'd be more than happy to shoot with him again and have no problem recommending him to any other models and studios :)

Had a wonderful shoot with this gentleman as he messaged me about attending a fairly last minute Christmas themed workshop at The Boardroom studio in Derby. His comms were spot on! And he made sure he had all the important information.

On the day he arrived on time and was immediately friendly with myself and the other attendees. I was informed that this was his first time really working in a studio but he need not to have worried, I thought he came across as a natural... He seemed to have a really good understanding of light and was happy to make suggestions. I hope that was down to him feeling comfortable!...

I would certainly recommend him, he worked really well within the team, was respectful of other photographers, respectful of the space and myself. We had a good giggle and he created some stunning images!...

Thanks again for a wonderful shoot and I hope we get a 1-2-1 shoot in the new year!
