Rachael Clunie Millinery

I am a Brighton based, award winning hat designer & milliner. I have also worked as a model as well and the performing arts industry.

My work sees design in both contemporary styled couture hats as well as the more ‘off the wall’ designs. I take inspiration from nature and wildlife, architecture and fantasy, as well as pulling from my experience in performing arts to use within my millinery designing. My unique SS19 collection was made from locally sourced seaweed and beach litter in a bid to highlight the importance of addressing the damage being caused to our oceans and marine life. Previous work has seen the use of recycled plastic from regular household products and the use of lights within my hats. As well as designing couture pieces I have a huge love of the whimsical and love to work with themed dramatic designs.

Working with clients briefs I offer bespoke designed services,  bi-annual hat collections and collaborations with other designers and photographers for photo shoots.
