Nowadays, all smartphones and other devices are equipped with a camera, which makes taking good photos or videos a lot more accessible. Before I started my study Applied Photography & Image Communication, I therefore had some healthy doubts whether I would find the profession interesting long enough. After all, everyone can make images, right? What makes me distinctive as an image maker? This doubt has now been converted into a good dose of ambition and drive to get the best out of myself and my images to achieve the best possible result. Creativity and care are my most important values. As an image maker I add these values by advising an appropriate image communication strategy that I can also implement and apply myself.
