My adventure into photography started in 1989 with 35mm film cameras. Earlier work would be considered photo journalistic since I was mostly taking pictures of events and functions that I attended. Due to the cost of film I learned to compose and crop in camera before I even thought about actually taking the shot and pressing the shutter.
As the years went by and technology improved, digital media became preferable to film. I have gone through several point and shoot cameras. I purchased my first DSLR camera in 2006, the Sony A-100. I shot my first wedding in 2007 with the A-100. I have since changed platforms to Canon.
