Pardon my lateness in leaving a reference, I always forget!

I had a great shoot with Colin. We started early to catch the good light and it was gorgeous! The location picked out was amazing, and he even let me wear my coat (which was a contrast with the scenery) as it was a wee bit chilly.

Definitely recommended! :D

I had a fabulous shoot today with Colin and the help from his assistant, on a location shoot with the splendid weather that we got - thumbs up! The views and the chosen spots were just scenic in line with our theme 'lost in the woods'. Colin is very professional, knows his photography and directs very well. He is a genuine photographer and knows what and how to capture the image that he has in mind. It was a pleasure working with Colin again, on a second shoot. Without a doubt I would highly recommend Colin to any models out there who are looking to build their portfolios and are willing to work on a concept. I would 100% recommend Colin! Pre-shoot communication was excellent, he arrived on time, and was very professional through out the shoot. We got some great shots, and I am eager to work with Colin again. Highly recommended and a pleasure to work with.

I met Colin through my 100 strangers project and have worked with him on a number of occasions. Always enjoyable to work with, Colin is very thorough, professional and bring lots of knowledge to his shoots which was great for both me and Laura Robinson on our shoot.

Colin was a lot of fun to work with. Being new to the modelling scene, he showed me poses and expressions that really helped not only me out but also making the shots perfect. We laughed throughout the whole shoot. Very comfortable and easy and fun. Would definitely recommend and look forward to working with Colin again!

I worked with Colin this evening.

He was very concise and helpful during Pre-comms, which meant I felt completely prepared when I turned up.

He was on time and hired a fantastic studio, which far surpassed my expectations. Throughout the shoot he was friendly and easy to chat to, all the while taking great shots, and I look forward to seeing what he does in post.

I would definitely recommend him for high quality images and an enjoyable shoot

Had a shoot a few weeks ago with Colin, he was really easy to work with, easy going and had some great ideas.

He gave direction when needed and was easy to chat to and overall an enjoyable shoot.

I got to work with Colin today when i was booked by his friend Matt.

The three of us had a great time shooting in London, Colin and Matt work as a well oiled machine.

Colin knows exactly what images he wants and will risk serious injury to get it. A truely nice guy and great photographer.

He even helped me make sure i got on a train home despite it being so late at night

I have previously worked on a shoot with Colin Strain and he takes some breath-taking street portraitures! Not to forget to mention, he is a professional, full of ideas, knows his photography and definitely would recommend to anyone. We worked in and around London Bridge area, and it was a fabulous shoot. Images were awesome and loved the technicality of the lighting that was used. Thanks for a great shoot!

I've shot with Colin a couple of times, most recently with model Saffron (scorcoran) on a shoot he organised. He's a fantastic chap; great sense of humour, directs, engages, experiments and focuses all at once. Very happily recommended!
