Finally, after five years, I succeeded in getting Poppy in front of my camera again. I´ll start with my very strong recommendation of Poppy as a model. She has a fantastic flexibility and agility combined with a very fine spatial sense that makes her very good at posing and letting me as photographer know when I´m early or late taking the photo. This time we shot for four hours and the culls are very few. Working with Poppy was a pleasure and I recommend every photographer to try to shoot with her. She´s returning to the US in middle of August (2023) but I hope that I´ll get another opportunity (in 2024) to shoot with one of the best athletic models that I´ve worked with. Final words: She showed up on time and we did the shooting as agreed upon. A pro.

I have had the pleasure of working with Poppyseed on two occasions (both remotely) and have been delighted with the mages.

Both shoots were in spacious apartments with great natural light.

Anyone who as worked wi her will know that Poppyseed is a trained dancer, and this means that she is very agile ad flexible and therefore can get into some breathtaking poses.

Both of our shoots were a combination of dance poses an art nude posing, both of which she excels at.

Poppyseed is also a lovely kind caring person and both she and Kerry (who assists with the shoot) work incredibly hard to ensure that photographers go away happy with their images - I know I did!

I definitely recommend Poppyseed Dancer as someone ou should work with.

After a very successful and enjoyable remote shoot with PoppySeed along with discussing repeating that we started talking about the possibility of me coming over to Copenhagen once the situation improved as I wanted more experience of shooting abroad and having different locations to work with. Well once the travel restrictions were lifted we made it happen :).

Communications to organise all of this were great and we easily sorted out dates/times then once I'd managed to arrange the flights & accommodation we sorted a few rough ideas around locations and styles, then a few weeks later here I am.

We shot at a few different locations from beach front cliffs to around the city and a nearby park, we could have done more if we'd had the time such was the variety of location nearby plus freedom to shoot with the Danes more relaxed approach to nudity. I knew her abilities from my previous shoot and portfolio but it was still great to see how she combined those with the locations and my ideas.

My experience with Poppy was so positive and I loved how she engaged with my shooting as well as inputting herself which I encourage all models to do with me. We had such a relaxed working relationship and I can honestly say that I enjoyed every minute. I'm so happy with the results and the time I've spent in Copenhagen will long bring a smile to my face as it's been such a rewarding experience. Now I face the editing mountain when I get back but I'm sure it will be a pleasure to work on these pictures as they have such good memories for me.

I'll be honest that Copenhagen is on the expensive side and quality models also don't come cheap but I don't regret anything and I'd love to come back and shoot here again especially when the border to Sweden is not restricted as there were some great locations she recommended there that we couldn't make it to this time around.

Naturally this is an absolute recommendation, if you like her style and can get the chance to shoot with her then I'd suggest you do it. I already have some plans for her if she's able to visit the UK once things improve more and model tours are viable.

Following a one hour taster shoot with Poppy in her Swedish location a few weeks ago, this was a two hour remote follow up both in her Copenhagen apartment, and outside on the Waterfront. I was in London.

Once again pre-shoot comms were excellent.

Everything in my previous reference regarding Poppy’s professionalism, posing and creativity holds true. Add to that her fearless posing outside in a cold wind, combined with her determination to deliver, and we had another excellent shoot.

My thanks to Kerry for his knowledgeable assistance throughout.

Once again, Poppyseed Dancer merits the highest recommendation.

Having done my first remote shoot with her just a few weeks earlier, I did another remote shoot with Poppy last week, taking the opportunity to shoot with her at her latest location before she moves on. As before communication both before and during the shoot was flawless and she took on board all the ideas I had as well as adding her own flourishes which really added to the shots we produced together. Despite only shooting for an hour, we got through a number of looks and produced some amazing images. Poppy is both extremely professional and very friendly and working with her is a true delight. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Anna and Kerry were absolutely amazing.

I've worked with her remotely two times and each time I have gotten a really great base product to work from. Kerry is very helpful in making sure that the shots are exactly the way you want. They will be very quick on the turnaround also for the raw images which I really appreciate.

Definitely look into getting a remote shoot from Anna id she is available. (Preferably minimum 2 hours)

Today was my first shoot with Poppyseed and only my second remote shoot.

Poppyseed and her assistant Kerry are a delight to work with, both friendly and professional. They worked hard to get the best out of the shoot with both advice and a willingness to change things around to fit the shots I was striving to achieve.

The natural light in the apartment is very good and the space is ideal for natural light photography, uncluttered and with nice clean light coloured walls and lovely textured flooring.

A moment's browsing of Poppyseed's portfolio shows that she is an exceptional model and her ability to flex her body into unbelievable and graceful shapes is awesome to watch.

It was a privilege to work with such a friendly and skilled team and I would hope to have the opportunity to shoot with them again in the future.

I recently shot with Poppy for the first time after applying for her casting call offering remote photoshoots. This was only my second time doing a remote shoot and I was still rather nervous even after a positive first experience but Poppy and her photography assistant both put me at great ease with their professionalism and friendliness. Our pre-shoot communication was flawless and Poppy was well prepared for the shoot taking on board the ideas I had presented in my moodboard and also offering a great additional idea.

Despite only having one hour of shooting we got through a number of different looks utilising different spots and angles of her apartment and I am very pleased with the photos we produced. She is fantastic at posing, being able to do all sorts of flexible positions and I found working with her a delight with conversation being easy and her extremly friendly and bubbly. All around it was a fantastic experience shooting with Poppy and I definitely recommend her.

I had an awesome remote indoor shoot with Anna (PoppySeed Dancer) and her extremely helpful assistant photographer (Kerry). Both are ultimate professionals and super nice people too. Communication was fantastic and the time went super quickly.

Anna needs no directions and clearly has lots of experience and knowledge that she freely shares in order to create images that are outstanding (regardless of your physical location).

I'm looking forward to working with them again remotely and in the flesh when the opportunity presents itself.

I highly recommend them both to photographers of all levels as no matter who you are, you'll have a fun shoot.

Today I had the pleasure of shooting Poppy from a distance (in the fields and near by a castle). It was the first time I did an outside shoot from a distance because of the lock down in my country. It was a great experience and there will certainly be a sequel. I advise all fellow photographers to start this new way of shooting during these difficult times with this very professional lady and her also very professional assistant photographer (Kerry)

Thanks to technology I had a remote shoot with the incredible PoppySeed Dancer (Anna) in her home in Sweden. Anna is such an accomplished, capable, talented and experienced model. Working indoors using available light and with the indispensable help of her partner to physically move and adjust the camera the shoot went very smoothly. Anna needed no prompting or direction and flowed from pose to pose with ease and fluid poetry - all I had to do was focus and take the picture. I definitely want to meet and work with Anna in the flesh to capture more of her dynamic, flexible, creative, astonishing and wonderful poses.

Thank you immensely for a very enjoyable and rewarding "remote" shoot.

Not only my first shoot with PoppySeed Dancer, but my first ever remote shoot - a one hour ‘taster’ with Anna and her very helpful assistant in Sweden and me locked down in London.

Pre-shoot comms were excellent, and included a ’software check’ of the remote system.

Poppy Seed is highly professional, easy to work with and amazingly flexible. She is very willing to contribute ideas to the creative process and takes a genuine interest in obtaining the best possible result.

We achieved much in a single remote hour - but I very much look forward to another, longer shoot.

PoppySeed is highly recommended - remote or otherwise.

I was interested when Poppyseed advertised remote shooting and the professional setup she had arranged so decided to give it a go as I've wanted to shoot with her for who knows how long.

Organisation and communication ahead of the shoot was a breeze and we both had a good idea of how things worked and shoot plan ready for the day.

The setup was superb and working with Kerry to move things around was very easy especially as he often anticipated what it might mean when we changed poses from standing to the floor so I only had to say when I liked the position. The remote setup worked well with full control over the camera settings, focusing and so on plus her advice on how to keep the shoot flowing was spot on.

Poppyseed is an amazing model and really easy to get on with, pictures were very good and I loved how she was happy to work with me as well as give me the benefit of her experience.

My goal is still to shoot with her in person one day but for now this is a great option as it makes it easier as well as cheaper to manage to shoot with her compared to flights and hotels to Sweden.

*Remote shoot* – PoppySeed in Sweden, me in Norway

PoppySeed is a wonderful model and an extremely flexible talented dancer. I have worked with her over several days in Norway two times before.

This time we agreed to do a *remote* shoot with her in Sweden and me in Norway due to the current Covid-19 situation. PoppySeed had set up a very good system that worked smoothly, very similar to a previously remote shoot I had done. Briefly described I could shoot high quality images with her professional DSLR camera. From my computer I had access to most of the settings and the shutter release on her camera through tethering and remote desktop software. We communicated by video call on cell phone.

The shooting experience is surprisingly good! We could be creative as usual and we could discuss how to achieve the images I wanted *just the same way* as we usually do. We communicated easily and I could decide camera position and ask where I wanted her to be in the room. She gave me very good overview of the location through the video call. I felt we could work very close to how we usually do!!!

There are some limitations of course! I had to ask for the camera to be moved and positioned. This was carried out by an assistant and the camera was on a tripod. Normally I move dynamically while shooting to take care of the composition and framing as the model moves. Also, there is a small delay over the Internet when clicking the shutter. So, the shoot must be more static with slower movements. Also, for me it is a much better experience to meet in person since I think communication and creative flow works better when you are together in the same place.

PoppySeed is so nice and friendly person, so even with the few limitations of remote shooting, the experience felt very comfortable. Most important, we got amazing images created by true collaboration between the two of us! Thank you Anna!

I highly recommend shooting remotely with PoppySeed, and of course the usual way when that is possible!!!

Each time I have worked with this lovely model she has both met and exceeded my expectations. She has excellent ballet and model posing skills and is keen to work with the photographer in order to execute a shot perfectly.
