Beneath a mask of smiles

An ocean full of pain

She wants to live a happy life

They think that she’s insane

The world's full of beauty

The human realm's a mess

She hides wearing baggy jumpers

She’d rather don a dress

Let her face the music

Come on, give her a chance

Don’t keep her wrapped in cotton wool

Stand back and let her dance.
