I've shot with Simon several times over the years - sometimes there might be one or two years between our catch-ups... But it's always such a delight when we get the chance to arrange something. :D We go wayyy back to my earliest times of modelling!

This time we had gotten chatting again following my discovery of some cool new locations which was our initial plan for the shoot. On the day however; the rains came in pretty heavy so I left it to Simon to make the final decision - which was to switch to the back-up plan and shoot at mine. This was fine because we'd discussed beforehand in good pre-shoot communications that this was an option so I had ensured that my place was blitzed and "Covid-safe" in the current climate. As it would happen; we produced some cracking images with a totally different vibe and feel using different outfits and areas of the house... From casual/lifestyle to glam, and then also boudoir with a moody erotic vibe! Yes, we certainly nailed a few different looks with Simon getting right in the zone of utilising both available sunlight and flash to create the best effect in each setting. Simon really loves his photography, and it shows! We got into that roll straight away as he came ready and prepped with his lighting for the switch-up of plans... And subsequently, the impromptu ideas for the various indoorsy looks began bouncing around the room in a teamwork manner. Here is a photographer who knows how to go about getting the pictures looking lush in-camera, but also someone who greatly values the suggestions that a model can bring to the shot in outfits etc. and areas to shoot if Simon has travelled to you. From day one: working with this gent has always been a two-way thing. :)

So since it had been a while since our last meeting - we had sooooo much catching up to do! I mean we must have literally not stopped natting away the whole time haha... Simon is a lovely guy with a good heart and means well for everyone that he plans work sessions with. You're in good hands working with Simon because I have never found him anything other that highly professional, well-mannered and with a great deal of courtesy to give. The time we had flew by at some ridiculous speed - and there was a fair amount of laughing away and putting the world to rights going on. :P Gelling with Simon really is no hassle at all. Hopefully we will get to shoot soon again in the future because he really is a joy to work with.

I had a shoot with Simon yesterday at Saturn studios and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'd had my ideas planned beforehand and Simon took them all on board. I was recently able to work with Simon during an event at my local studio. Simon is lovely to work with, gives good direction if needed but just as happy to let you free pose, and makes sure you are happy and relaxed whilst shooting. We got some stunning images in the short time we had together. I would definitely recommend and look forward to any future shoots!

It was wonderful to see Simon again after such a long time, at our recent small group shoot.

It was like meeting up with an old friend, chatting away like we had never been apart.

Simon was confident with his lighting set ups and knew what he wanted to achieve from each set. He is confident in directing a model, but also happy to let you flow into your own poses. We even started chatting about a potential shoot at a later date to really focus together.

I had my second, long overdue shoot with Simon today. A fun, easy going shoot as expected.

Simon wanted to practice a few movement shots and i was happy to oblige. It gave me something different to do. We were both happy with the results and are planning to shoot this style again on a more ambitious scale which i look forward to.

Simon is a happy go lucky sort; easy to get along with, loads to say for himself, always respectful and very enthusiastic about his photography.

It's been way too long! But it was so nice to catch up with and have yet another lovely shoot with Simon, I still remember that first shoot we did and it's just so delightful how each time we shoot he has cracked more beautiful lighting effects to make a corking picture. Even in confined spaces, the creativity just flows and nothing stops him from putting together amazing ideas; the passion Simon has for making artistically beautiful images needs merit after merit and I cannot stress that enough. Any model due to work with him, be it a familiar face or a totally new model - you will have a ball! :D

His mannerisms and respect are second to none, his professionalism stands out a mile and despite the fact that he is so courteous on a shoot - this does not stop us having a laugh. We natter until our mouths can natter no more, time goes so quickly when I shoot with Simon. He is not only a top employer/colleague (whatever the model/photographer relationship is) but he's a dear friend and I very much look forward to future shoots. :)

After meeting Simon briefly it was a pleasure to work with him on a one to one basis this month,

Simon is a lovely, professional photographer who is very respectful of the model. Simon is excellent with his lighting and knows exactly how to achieve a fab shoot.

After the shoot it was a pleasure to be shown the images and even having the privilege to pick the ones I really liked. They were then edited and put in Dropbox for me to use - very highly appreciated.
