References for Pix Elation

I had my first shoot with Pix Elation yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Comms were spot on and we had a great day. Neither of us put a time limit on the session and that was just as well, as we went way beyond any expectations.

I learned huge amounts about photography and how just a slight slant of the head can change an image completely, which Steve demonstrated, as well as much more.

A great day, a great education and a good laugh throughout. Thanks for the experience. Can't wait to see the final output and the next session!

I had my fourth shoot with Steve yesterday and as always it was absolutely fantastic. I always have such a laugh working with him and am always utterly amazed at how fantastic the images come out. He has a great home studio with a lot of photogenic features to make use of if you're not feeling the blank studio setting, always has plenty of great ideas and equally is very happy to let you do your own thing if you have anything in mind. Add this to a fantastic talent behind the camera and in post production, and most importantly a well stocked snack supply and you have one of my absolute favourite photographers to work with!

I worked with this lovely man last week and he was fantastic... he has a real eye for the perfect image and he really knows how to make and image 'pop'. If he lived closer I'd definitely pester him to teach me his photoshop secrets...

Basically to sum it up, if this guy wants to book you, do it. He was 100% worth the long drive, and I recommend him to models of all levels of experience!

Working with steve was totally brillant! He is without doubt one of the most professional, charismatic and attentive photographers i have had the pleasure to shoot with. He arrived super prepared for the shoot with camrea eqipment and boxes of jewellery. He was easy to get on with and we had a good laugh too between shots. Most importantly from what I sore on the camrea, we got some stunning shots and we worked well together as a tea. I can't wait to see the edits and look forward to working with him again in the future!

Steve wow...what can I say, what a lovely genuine down to earth guy. After a rotten morning train journey to him Finally I made it to the destination where he picked me up from train station and drove to his beautiful house studio did he turn up stressed and harassed like I would have? No waited patiently 😊 No he arrived with a huge smile and once we got to his studio he straigh away offered me a hot /cold drink and showed me the rest of his home (Talk about knowing how to win a girl over!!) He was very trusting having left me to decide outfits and themes (brave brave man!) thankfully I think he liked most of what i had with me (if not he was too much of a gent to say). He had a collection of jewellerys and props , He was patient, kind, enthusiastic, fun and great conversationalist. I loved the pics I saw in the back of camera and on hes pc as he kept uploading them to show me through changes of outfits, kept making surr i was happy and confortable if i was thirsty/hungry and am looking forward to seeing properly all the ( incredible shots we managed to get as well result from a big headache i gave him from hundreds images we did). I would thoroughly recommend working with Steve and sincerely hope I get the chance to work with him again very soon as we already been discussing more ideas wich he have so many when we're shooting. Cant wait thank you for a nearly 11 hr shoot instead of 3 hr as planned. Thank you!! 😊

What an incredibly respectful and hard working guy! Steve shot me and a couple of my other model friends for 8 whole hours on Saturday and we had a brilliant time. He's funny and easy to get on with and we got so many great images, I can't wait to see them all! So many photographers are disrespectful or overstep boundaries but Steve was a true gentleman throughout the whole shoot. I'll definitely be coming back to him again!

Well basically, Steve is a great photographer, always really friendly and welcoming!

He carries my suitcase to and from the car for me because Im feeble hahah!

Always a great time shooting with steve and the images always turn out awesomeeee!

I had my first amazing shoot with Steve today!! He is absolutely talented, kind and easy to work with.

We was using my small home studio and he did great ! He bring his own lights and bijouterie so the shoot was great with them.

I am looking forward to another shooting with him!

Cracking shoot with the lovely Steve today. Not only is he friendly, but he has a strong collaborative spirit and gives good direction. He works with a multitude of different styles and looks and knows how to capture each one brilliantly.

I had my first location shoot at Someries Castle, super location with Steve/ Pix Elation, and I can fully recommend.

Steve is friendly and professional, I would highly recommend him as a photographer and would not hesitate in working with him again. The time flew by and I look forward to working/collaborating on other shoots with Steve in the future.

Had my first shoot with Steve after having a long break from modelling and he was a treat to start with getting back into it.

I felt comfortable with him from the start, great conversation and very friendly, we chatted about what my levels were and styles, also showed me previous work examples so I could gain an idea of what sort of styles he's previously worked with to help plan out the shoot.

During the shoots he was polite, patient and professional. Helping me with directions and suggestions.

I'm very pleased with the results I have already seen!

Had an awesome shoot with Steve recently, so awesome that the time flew by! He made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we first met, he was friendly and his home is lovely! :)

Added bonus is that he is local to me, so hope to shoot with him again in the near future :)

Great communication prior to shooting, can wait to see the final images, was had a look through some of the images on the mac screen and they looked fantastic raw from the camera so can only look even better when Steve adds his magic to them!

I had my first shoot with Steve last week and it was great!

Steve is pleasure to work with and he is a true gentleman with cool sense of humour and easy to get alone with. He even bought a few snacks and a choice of drinks with him, which was very sweet.

We were lucky enough to have warm and sunny weather that day and did not want the shoot to finish so decided to work for a couple of more hours. I`m really happy with the results from the shoot

His pre-communications was great and I can`t fault anything from that day.

Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Steve to any model, experienced or inexperienced!!! :)

Recently had my second shoot with Steve and it went absolutely fabulously! He had a great understanding of what I wanted from the shoot, despite my being a bit vague regarding the image in my head a few times... he was both wonderfully friendly and professional and extremely talented at catching the natural light, as well as using studio lamps. I'm really happy with the images we have as a result, and can't wait to work with Steve again!
