Alley very kindly agreed to be the MUA/Stylist for a recent Charity Event I had organised at Spitfire Studios, raising money for a much loved Cat charity I used to Volunteer at on an early Sunday morning! Alley worked with myself and model Aerlise creating a range of different looks for the day whilst we modelled in between sets. Alley is a diamond to work with- extremely reliable, she will never let you down and is such a fun, upbeat person to be around. A mother hen of the group, you always feel super safe when you work with Alley, she is very much a mother figure and very endearing. When she applies makeup its so gentle and with great care. Alley is one of the few MUAS I can honestly say I have been so relaxed with when she applies makeup, that I could fall asleep! :)

The makeup was beautiful and really complimented the looks we were aiming for on the day. We managed to raise £500 for the cat charity, which I was over the moon with! Thanks so so much for all of your help and input on the day, really appreciated and if you ever need me to be your model, you know where I am! Highly recommended as always and here is to many more shoots with a lovely friend. Helen xx

I had the pleasure of working with Alley again during Helen and Aerlise's charity studio day at Spitfire Studio in Swindon. She was a delight to work with as always, not only doing makeup and styling but also getting hands on and assisting with creative ideas during the shoot. Once again she was really friendly and put everyone at ease during the shoot.

Pink Lady and myself prepared our shoot of July 22nd many weeks in advance. We shared ideas, moodboards and drawings and finally Pink came up with this weird and brilliant idea of the Human Dreamcatcher!

We were both very enthusiast by this concept which would push our respective boundaries and Pink found rapidly a photographer interested and having the necessary rigging skills to produce the rope work.

I admire her enthusiasm and the huge and talented work she accomplished to make the outfits and props for the shoot! On the shoot she made also my makeup with a great patience and professionalism.

And above all I think I made a new friend! :)

I can't wait to work again with her on new creative projects and we are already sharing new ideas!

I had the great good fortune to work with Alley for the first time on a shoot at spitfire studio's a couple of days ago, and what an absolute pleasure it was!

Where to start? Alley is a truly creative soul and is without doubt exceptional at what she does - it was fascinating watching the skill, dexterity and professionalism which she applied to her craft and this mastery of her art definitely translated itself to the images we made and took the shoot to a whole new level. Alley also has a massive enthusiasm for what she does making her a real joy to work with and an asset to any shoot or project she is involved in.

Wow what to say about Alley! She is a brilliantly talented artist, and I had the pleasure of working with her on a group shoot last weekend, where she did my makeup. She also made a lot of headdresses (including mine) and fully feathered angel wings - over night, no less! - and they were brilliant, she is a woman of many talents! She was on the makeup location well before time, and as soon as I arrived was lovely and welcoming and great fun to be around - and did my makeup (and other models') to a great standard, of course! The shoot was a very long day, with a lot of walking (and maybe a little bit of getting lost in the woods..) and Alley remained positive and a good laugh throughout, she was an absolute joy to be around. I 100% recommend working with her, I can't wait for our next shoot together in September! Book her now!

What can I say about this lady that isn't plainly obvious in her work! She is phenomenal! I adore her! She had such an easy going personality, with a great sense of humor. This was the first time I had worked with Alley and the first time I had my make up applied outside, it was great :D The make up for the day was applied flawlessly and with precise accuracy which showed later in the day by staying completely intact. I highly recommend Alley for not just her skills as a make up artist but also for her dazzling personality, she's a babe ;)

My goodness! Alley absolutely TRANSFORMED my shoot yesterday into crazy fairy tale goodness!

Alley sorted costumes, makeup design, wigs, accessories, props and more with short notice for a Snow White themed shoot - she even brought the apples! :-) She communicated with me throughout the planning and always made sure I knew what my options were. She arrived early and was well prepared for the shoot, and made the 3 lovely models feel right at ease! She is very friendly and a joy to work with.

The varied makeup and costumes were absolutely amazing - we had a beautiful dramatic queen, a sweet Snow White, a fabulous evil crone and then a fantastic zombie Snow White. I nearly had nightmares!

Any photographer or model who wants to both have fun and improve their work should add a dash of Pink Lady! I cannot recommend her highly enough, thank you for this fabulous shoot Alley.

I've worked with Alley on two occasions, one today and one a couple of months ago at a Vintage styled shoot. I was absolutely thrilled with the way she did my make up, and interacted with me while she was doing it. Alley always works quickly but to the highest of standards. She is what I expect myself to be like in twenty or so years - friendly, bubbly and always full of brilliant ideas and inspiration. The shoot we did today was with myself and two of my friends (Jessica Josephine and Raven Black), we did a transformation from snow white into a zombified version of the original fairy-tale. I was happy with the way I looked, she always made sure I was okay with what was doing on and told me what she was doing as she was doing it. She's got an impressive amount of kit and found outfits for us all in short notice, which was impressive. She's brilliant and I would definitely recommend working with her - I can't wait to organise my next shoot with her as our MUA!

I had the immense pleasure of working with Alley again today on a twisted Snow White shoot for which I was modelling as the crone!

I really cannot say enough about how wonderful Alley is to work with. She arrived early in order to set up, before me or any of the other models arrived, continued working almost non stop on us throughout the day and created some stunning and fantastic looks (including wigs and costumes) which she had planned prior to the shoot and at very short notice.

She is friendly, enthusiastic and one of a kind and I really cannot wait to work with her again because her finished work really helped me to get into character and I wouldn't have been able to do nearly as good a job at modelling if she hadn't have done such an amazing job on my appearance.

I recommend Alley to any photographer or model.

WOW, I cannot be more happy with the work Alley delivers. You wouldn't believe the kit she bring, the talent she strives and the best attitude you can ever get from a makeup artist. Fun loving and caring person you will ever meet. You will not be disappointed, you will be very surprised at the work she does, its fantastic, creative and a one off person you cannot replace!

The elemental shoot was one of the best I have seen, she made her own gems to be placed on me which gave a 3d effect and sparkles through the images we took. she does not waste time and she does not arrive late, always on time and ready to go! Highly recommend, WOW is the only word I would use to describe the amazing Alley. I worked with her through Portrait X and she is the most amazing make up artist ever! She is a really lovely bubbly, friendly and very welcoming lady. She is not only the most fun yet very professional lady I have worked with in this industry but her work is of very high standard too. Actually, what can I say!!!!!!!!

No seriously, the first time I met and worked with Ally, i took an instant liking to her as a person firstly, and then as an MUA.

She's hard to miss, as she is as colourful in her dress code as she is with her personality.

She is a laugh to work with, but her standard of work is far from a joke. She certainly knows what she's doing, and works very hard to achieve the required results.

If you ever need an MUA who will not only do a fantastic job, but also brighten up your day and the shoot itself, then look no further than Ally.

I really hope we get to work together again soon...

Alley is one of the best MUA's i have worked with to date, out of around twelve different MUA's i have worked with on a regular basis, Alley has stood out as one of the greats.

She came on our Elemental shoot and our full weekend shoot in Sussex for Fashion Beach shooting and I have never been so impressed with make up in my life, she is one hell of a woman, brings her whole life with her in the back of her car, works harder than anyone i have met, not only does she do make up but she is an designer of props, headwear/wigs and costumes too. Highly recommended, Looking forward to working with this bubbly, full of life, woman again real soon!

Alley - you legend! What a consummate professional you are with a work ethic that you just don't come across too often. I met Alley on a recent shoot, for our first work together - a location shoot, so not always easy for a make up artist. She came so well prepared and set up a mobile dressing area, completely unfazed by the wind and working outside and just delivered, no fuss. A very sweet and easy going person, puts the models in great form ready for shooting and a real character too. She has an extensive collection of products and tools, and pays particular attention to hygiene with individual sets of brushes per model. Just a complete professional and her results are amazing. I only wish I'd done more headshots for her, so I could show her work off better for her portfolio.
