About Me.

I'm a professional photographer and trainer with 30 plus years experience in many aspects of photography including portraiture and fashion. I'm a confident photographer with lots of ideas and give good directions while still being open to the ideas of students and models.

Location

I now run photography courses in South Leicestershire for all levels from beginners up to professional standards. I often need models for portrait or fashion style photography course shoots either during the week or at weekends.

I live in the heart of some beautiful countryside so I'm able to do outdoor shoots in stunning locations or home studio shoots if required. Being able to drive is an advantage or I can pick you up from either Kibworth or Mkt Harborough.

Shooting Styles & Payment

I'm happy to pay reasonable rates but also work with models who would like to work on a TFCD or Collaboration basis to build their portfolios by posing for my students either on a group shoot or 121 basis with me providing direction. I will always ensure that the model gets suitable images for their portfolios and I'm open to any ideas or poses they have. 

I'm looking for models who can pose easily with good expressions and personality. I'm sorry but two hours of the bored and pouty look with a single expression really isn't what I'm looking for.

We would be looking to shoot everything from head shots to full length clothed. I do believe though that if you are giving your time up for TFCD you should get some pictures that you want for your portfolio so we can work up to lingerie or swimwear if that's what YOU would like.

I would always take some images at the shoot to ensure the model received some high quality images for their portfolio. Reasonable expenses and a wide selection of images will also be offered and I will considered paid and part TFCD on some occasions but the students do have limited budgets.

Occasionally I will arrange 121 shoots beforehand with a model so we can both get to know each other before a they are dropped into modelling for a group.

None of these shoots will be nude or topless.

I prefer to be contacted through PP initially but I pride myself on providing good communications throughout a shoot and I will always confirm arrangements by email, phone or text prior to the actual date.
