Batwoman

Was away on the PhotoClassic Art Nude in the Landscape Workshop this weekend and as usual it was a huge laugh. I may be slightly biased but this workshop never feels like work, its just a bunch of crazy photographers and models getting together and having fun.

The images we get are brilliant, with Howard's knowladge of the area and the beautiful scenary up in Assynt, not to mention the fantastic models who are also crazy climbing into bogs, lochs and up trees, I am happy to say they are a fantastic bunch of girls, who go above and beyond because of the strict safety rules Howard always insists on, not to mention the soup lol.

Thanks again for a fabulous weekend.

I have just recently returned from a weekend modeling for Howard on his art nude in landscape Photoclassic workshop and I didn't have a good experience... I had a an absolutely phenomenal experience! Please excuse the whole Simon Cowell style of feedback but really, when a photographer had to pretty much drag his models out of a loch kicking and screaming you know it has been an exceptionally productive few days and a shoot to most certainly remember. :)

Howard got in touch just weeks before said workshop with the proposal for me to step in following a cancellation; things could not have fell more wonderfully into place and I am so very glad that circumstances happened the way they did because it has been one of the most enjoyable workshops I have modelled for to this very day. The locations taken on were simply stunning not to mention completely varied - the great thing about Photoclassic is how carefully spots are selected to ensure that the images are going to shine with glory. From a models perspective, seeing what environment you have to play with just fills you with excitement! All in all, the workshops are truly informative and offer so much valuable material making them even interesting to the models assisting - the quality of the photography is the icing on the cake and Howard demonstrates superb methods for blasting out beautifully composed images when there is so much you are presented with within each location.

The care shown towards models with Photoclassic is by far the best. Howard and Karen make a point of looking after and encouraging total respect for us during every single moment from the hot soup/tea in-between sets to the kind offer of accommodation before/after the workshops. You feel 100% comfort throughout and because of this are able to give the very best quality of modelling work; Photoclassic workshops have a perfect balance of relaxed etiquette and high-yield action keeping a professional flow/rapport maintained at all times.

Next Easter I am booked to visit again and it cannot come quick enough, I laughed so much working with Howard and the gang this time that my chest and vocal chords were more tired than my limbs!

Very, very highly recommended. Photoclassic workshops rock in every way possible - fabulous images, endless fun and exceptional value to photographers guaranteed. :)

Well as usual I have came away from another workshop with Howard, and despite the fact I yet again got up at stupid oclock in the morning, got cold, wet and this time up to my eyeballs in a stinky bog.. for some reason I can't wait to go back! Mad right?

Anyone that has ever worked with Howard will know that you get looked after to the best of his ability, I always push myself much further than I ever have before because I know that there will always be hot soup, towels and layers waiting for me and that I would never be asked to do something I didn't want to. On top of that you get fed well, great company, lots of laughs and you get some down right stunning locations to work with.. some of the best I ever have had the pleasure of working at in fact! To top it all off I get on with this guy like a house on fire, he is an awesome person who I love being around and I honestly can't believe that anyone wouldn't!

Howard and his lovely wife, Karen, have grown to be very good friends of mine over the years and I am so happy that I got the pleasure of meeting them.

I will continue to work on Howard's workshops as long as he will have me - so I guess that means he comes highly recommended by me.. despite his cheek and use of tanks as alarm clocks :P

Another AMAZING time with Mr Kennedy!

I was privileged to once again, model for one of his awesome workshops. This time the workshop was in two parts, Introduction to Artistic Nude and then a lingerie workshop, Soft and Gentle. And as before, the workshops ran perfectly. Howard has an exceptional ability to teach different photographic techniques in an easy-to-understand way. His workshops are very informative and hands on, so everyone attending gets loads of time to get some great portfolio images - and of course, there is the usual silly banter going on!

As before, Howard and Karen took me in for a few days whilst I stayed in Aberdeen - which is worth a medal in itself. I'm always made to feel very welcome and I look forward to the next time I see them again!

I have worked with Howard more times than I can remember now, I class him and his lovely wife Karen more as friends than anything else. I have the pleasure of staying with them whilst I am in the area and have gotten to know them very well over the years :)

I am looked after extremely well on every single shoot I've done with them and the shoots are always very well thought out and very well organised. His workshops are no different, the best ran workshops I have been on! I am actually very picky when it comes to workshops/group shoots as if not run well can be horrific to model on..and I would never turn down an offer from Howard, in fact I would and do jump at the chance :)

Photographers should get their butts booked onto one of his upcoming workshops and models - well you are basically nuts if you turn down working with him and Karen, simples :)

As always thanks for a fantastic weekend filled with laughter - I look forward to next time :)

Howard has run several courses at my studio now. Always very well organised, and well attended. Howard has a wealth and depth of knowledge and can pass this on to his delegates in a open and friendly style. This coupled with using the best professional models, always has delegates coming back for more.

Had a great time at a recent workshop Howard was running at RedDawn studio's in Aberdeen. We all had brilliant fun playing along with the Film Noir story boards he created. Howard got everyone to bring along some great props and the story line just took shape.

This is the second time I've had the privilege to model at one of Howard's wonderful workshops and I had a hoot!

This time Howard held a Film Noir workshop - first at Red Dawn Studio and then on location around the streets of Aberdeen. Not only was it a brilliant workshop, exploring a whole range of lighting set ups within the genre - but also it had great story line attached to act out. Everyone had so much fun and it was a great laugh. The resulting images were fab - within a few days a FPI was achieved from one of the images (and I'm sure others will follow!).

Howard and Karen kindly put me up for a few days whilst I was up in Aberdeen, and just like last time I was made to feel totally at home.

Howard is brilliant fun and always considerate of the models comfort and safety and puts this above anything else. I always enjoy being in Howard's company, and very much look forward to the next time we meet!

Had a really wonderful time shooting with Howard a few weeks ago! He is very well organised photographer who kept me well informed of details regarding the shoot before hand! He is also incredibly hospitable, kindly offering me a place to stay for the night!

Howard is very funny, friendly and easy individual to work with, he is also incredibly considerate of a models needs and comforts during a shoot and ensures they don't freeze having been plunged into the north sea!! Howard works very quickly and efficiently during a shoot, he spots great angles and has a real eye for a beautiful shot! He also gets on very well with not only models but other photographers (we ran a small workshop whilst working together!) and in general is a lovely person to have amongst a team of people on a shoot!

We got some really beautiful location images and I had a really wonderful time achieving them with Howard, highly recommended! :)

Another fantastic weekend spent with Howard and his wife Karen.

As usual during my stay with them I worked on one of Howard's workshops with Karen there helping out. They are uber organised and make a brilliant team! Not only making the workshop as productive as possible for the photographers booking on the day but also making sure the model isn't over worked and when working outside is well looked after.

I am always willing to push myself to my absolute max when I am with them (this time getting up at 2:30am and even taking a dip in the north sea in the early hours of the morning) simply because they are by far the most respectful people I have ever worked with on location. They look after you extremely well, make sure they have hot drinks/soup and towels etc for if you get too cold or wet, and every time I have worked with them it has been the most looked after I have been by a mile!

Not only this but they are just a joy to be around, I have such a laugh every time I see them! Such a happy, fun couple and I am hoping to not only work with them for a long time to come but also stay in touch once my modelling ends :)

WOW WOW WOW!! That's all I can say really....

I have just returned from the 3 day 'Nude in Landscape' workshop up in the hills of Scotland, nearly as far North as you can go Smile It was an experience I will always remember!

Howard is one of the organisers of the workshop along with his husband wife Karen, I met them both the day prior to travelling to the location of the workshop and they are just such a genuine, nice couple. They are highly skilled and experienced in running workshops and the locations they take you to are breathtaking.

I am not usually one for being behind the camera but I just had to get some shots of the scenery. Even when I didn't have to pose in the landscape I wanted to because I just felt I should make worthwhile of the stunning backdrops.

Howard is a really lovely friendly person who from the minute I met him I knew I would feel totally comfortable with. He has a relaxed but professional attitude which made the whole time on the workshop very very enjoyable.

I was so well looked after on the workshop, and with early morning starts they ensured we didn't stay out in the cold too long, we had blankets, coats and hot soup Smile.

Such a well organised trip, everything ran perfectly and we couldn't have been luckier with the beautiful weather.

I highly recommend Howard and Karen on this workshop and I can't wait to work with them again.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Howard on one of his workshops.

I spent the weekend producing art-nude poses alongside Tillie in the exceptionally beautiful area of Assynt.

Howard is wonderful to work with and I liked him instantly - he has a great sense of humour too! Howard is very professional and always conscious of the models comfort and safety. I had such a brilliant time working with Howard. The weekend was amazing and will have some wonderful memories from it.

Yet another fantastic shoot with Howard today! This time on a studio workshop, which much to my happiness included a lie in and being inside out the cold scottish weather ;) haha!

No in all seriousness whether you are in a studio or on location, he looks after you 100% and makes sure you are happy at all times.

I was suffering from a cold today and he was constantly making sure I was ok.

He is such a genuine lovely person and I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him and his wife Karen, I would consider them both to be friends as well as my photographers now and always look forward to working with them :)

Worked with Howard just the other day - awesome experience, he and his wife made me very welcome in their home prior to our 4am start. The shoot was fantastic, the images are beautiful and we engaged in a little seal watching as well. :) I would definitely recommend him.

I have now worked with Howard and Karen 3 times, this last time being a 3 day location workshop in which they looked after me and MadameBink throughout. Making sure we were comfortable and didn't suffer in the cold conditions.

As for working with them both - wow!

Amazing ideas, locations and such fun to work with. The results from working with them are always great, some of my favourite images to date!

They have also let me stay with them at their home in Aberdeen each time I visit to help me get bookings around the area whilst there working with them. They are very welcoming and helpful!

Howard even took me sight seeing which was very kind of him - if you have any chocolate though don't give him it until you are leaving... it stops him being cheeky :)

Overall great couple, and cracking photographers! I literally can't big them up enough. Without a doubt recommend them and I really can't wait to work with them in the future!

P.S His idea of an alarm clock is a remote controlled tank - luckily for me there was no ammo in it when he decided to point the turret at me and fire. Inappropiate if you ask me :)

Although I did get to shoot with a much more impressive tank the next day so I'll let him off!
