This was my second shoot with Martin, this time whilst I was touring in his area.

Martin very kindly let me stay with him the night before our shoot so we split the shoot between the evening and next morning, working in his very well equipped home studio.

Martin's pre-shoot communication was great and he had many ideas for our shoot.

Absolutely lovely to work with and definitely recommended! :D

I've just come back from my first shoot with Martin, which went very well. He is a very friendly and talented photographer who has a vast knowledge of different lightning techniques - he also has a cupboard FULL of exciting props and accessories ;)

I really enjoyed my first shoot with Martin and my first shoot for Purple Port! Martin is a really easy person to get along with as well as a very talented, professional photographer. We worked in his home moving through lots of different backgrounds, lighting, cameras and clothes. He also got the photos, that I got to select, back to me very quickly. I worked with the lovely Martin the other day at my beautiful home on an all day shoot and had an absolute BLAST! It was our first time working together and I am always a little nervous but needn't have been as Martin is awesome!!

We experiemented with a wide range of natural light shots working throughout the home with me modelling from fashion to art nude and using the rooms to their best potential. I absolutely loved the images Martin took of me- they are some of my favourite taken at the home- and he very kindly shared them with me! I have so many gorgeous images to choose from!

Martin was also professional, respectful, super creative in the use of the home and had many great ideas throughout the shoot to keep it refreshed. I greatly enjoyed myself!

Martin is a true professional to be around, and a very calm and friendly photographer. I loved his style of shooting and gave me some great direction. He clearly knew what he was after from the shoot, and he captured my ballet dance, leaps and jumps beautifully in the studio by LewisLloyd in Platts Eyot (now my home away from home!) I'd happily work with him again and hope it will be sooner rather than later.

I worked with Martin at the Platts Eyot Island as part of the LewisLloyd camera group. Martin is a respectful and efficient photographer due to his past in film, my favourite kind of work ethic by far!

He was packed with ideas for me which sped up the time and made the process exponentially easier for me, I was able to pose with ease and effortlessly without much direction from Martin, he was very open but able to direct when needed as well as showing me the back of the camera regularly, always incredibly helpful!

He's very easy to talk to, friendly and kind. All in all, I recommend him to any model who wishes to work with or whom he approaches.

I had a second shoot with PhotoAce in his home studio. His name is apt because this man really does know his stuff.

PhotoAce has in-depth knowledge of photography from equipment to angles that he is more than willing to share. It is clear that he is incredibly passionate about photography.

Perhaps the most positive aspect of the shoot was his training. I would recommend novice models to shoot with PhotoAce because he can teach you a lot; little tricks with positioning yourself that make a wealth of difference to photos. He should probably charge as a Model Mentor!

PhotoAce is an intelligent and interesting man that was a pleasure to work with.

Highly recommend, I felt very comfortable with Martin within minutes. Martin has produced really different images to what I normally see. Martin is fantastic at black and white images and is extremely (no exaggeration) creative! Martin is really friendly, very funny, a brilliant sense of humour and easy going.

We are planning our next shoot together and I am really looking forward to it.
