My name is Phoebe Louise Hobbs, I have been a self taught makeup artist for four years and qualified for two. I am currently studying for my BA Hons in FDA Special Effects Make-up Artistry.
My passion is movie makeup with my main focus being character creation, developing editorial and media makeup. I am happy to work with glamour and beauty makeup as well as basic hair styling.
I am looking to gain experience and broaden my portfolio by working on movie sets and photo shoots.
My rates for shoots are negotiable, because I cover so many different areas of make-up, special effects and hair, it is impossible to define set prices on here.
